I updated from a flipfone a***c to a smartfone lgl rebel * on *-**-** at walmart, i have spent over * hrs with walmart ***ociates and on my own with your agents. The first issue was phone could not be transferred, walmart tried to activate minutes that were not accepted by the smart phone which they had pucked out the card, i hadn't, so i bought the correct card but phone wouldnt accept them. Finally got that done by walmart it worked for part of a day then i couldnt make calls because it said i was out of time. Please know i had over **** minutes addionally transferred from my old phone and i kept the same number, back to walmart again. Walmart was told there were technical difficulties and for me to turn off phone for an hour and try again. I went home waited over an hour same message, no time. I checked my tracfone app and all of my time had been deleted. I called customer service was on hold for more time and they said they could give me *** minutes only and phone would work after i restarted, which i did and it did, but the question is will it work tomorrow and why did i get cheated out of my minutes. I am so angry and frustrated and i will be writing to corporate. You can look up my account and see all the correspondence and my actual minutes before i got cheated. My number is ***-***-****.
