Hi I had boughten a dress a week ago Saturday I got home and noticed the security tag was still on. So this Sunday we drove back down to the mall witch is over ** miles on way. To find the store not even open the staff was inside the store putting out cloths and sales flyers. My husband knocked on the door a male associate looked at when he began to talk the male turned around act as not to even see or hear him. A female associate them came up to the window my husband ask when would they be open the female said we can’t do anything for you right now. He said I only want to know when your open to remove a security tag from my wife dress. Then she repeated I can’t help you and both associates walked away. This now mean I have to take another trip down just to have it removed. I may never shop at the store again . Customer service should be the number one priority in any business and This is not good customer service. This was the Torid at the Maine mall in Portland Maine. Thank you for your time Lori Rector
