Hi,*My daughter ordered a homecoming dress from tobi.com and we received it today. There is a rip in the back and the fit is very poor. This was suppose to be a final sale, which would be fine if it wasn’t damaged and the poor fit. We have ordered in the past and have been very satisfied but not this time. Her order ********.
