I was chatting with someone for a while and our conversation disappeared just as we were planning a date. Later, my iPhone notified me of a new match and showed me two messages on the home screen. However, when I went into the app, the match wasn't there, and the messages were missing. What is happening and how can I retrieve them?

I was in the middle of a conversation with someone on Tinder, and suddenly our chat disappeared along with the match. Today, I got a notification about a new match named Jeffery and saw part of his message on my home screen, but when I opened the app, his message and the match were gone. What is happening, and how can I reconnect with these individuals?

My Tinder account has been compromised, and despite reaching out to Tinder for support, I have been unable to regain access to it. They have requested that I contact them from the email associated with my account, [redacted], which I have been doing without success. I have submitted multiple tickets this morning explaining that someone has taken over my account and changed it to a woman's profile. I urgently need my account restored as I have important connections and planned dates that are at risk due to this breach. I suspect a person named Michael may be involved. I have provided screenshots of the unauthorized changes made to my account for their review.

Subject: Issue with Account Ban and Software Glitches on Tinder I recently encountered a problem with my Tinder account as it indicated that I have been banned. This occurred after a user named Ali disrespected me by making inappropriate advances, to which I declined. I find it concerning that I have been banned while individuals like Ali are allowed to behave in such a manner on the platform. Furthermore, there were repeated issues with the software matching me with previous connections despite my feedback on the matter. As a professional athlete reliant on the app to connect due to time constraints, I am disappointed by the lack of respect shown and the technical glitches experienced. If necessary, I may need to seek legal assistance as I feel extremely disrespected and unfairly treated. It is essential to address these issues to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.

I used Tinder with the Gold package about 5 months ago without any issues. However, after moving to a new state and reinstalling the app with the Gold package, I am experiencing severe glitches. I'm unable to upload certain photos, access my profile settings, lost matches, view likes, and the app frequently force closes. I also have trouble connecting to social media and my likes/messages are not displaying properly. I hope Tinder can address these bugs promptly as I enjoy using the app and would like to continue without these technical difficulties on my new phone. Thank you.

Hello, I am Casey. I was banned from Tinder over a year ago, and I am unsure of the reason. Recently single due to a breakup, I have met men on the app before and would appreciate being unbanned. It has been tough, and I hope to meet someone new. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I wanted to share my story with you. On March 28th, [redacted], I matched with Rick Perez on Tinder. We went on a date on April 2nd and are now engaged. I wanted to ask if you would consider being a part of our wedding to witness and celebrate our love story. Rick even lovingly calls me his "Tinderoni." I think sharing our journey from dating on Tinder to our wedding could be a fantastic way to showcase the success stories that can come from using Tinder. I'm curious if you would be interested in featuring our photos in a promotion to show the happiness and love that can stem from this platform. If you have any information, please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you!❤

I would like to apologize for any actions that led to my ban from Tinder. Recently, I received two notifications within a short span alerting me about inappropriate content in conversations. I acknowledge that my language can occasionally be inappropriate, and my profile pictures, though sexy, did not contain any nudity. It is possible that a specific person reported me due to ending a conversation abruptly. I am genuinely sorry for any mistakes I may have made.

I'm curious about how the distance/location feature functions on Tinder. I have a couple of questions: If the app is deleted, does it continue to update and display your distance/location to others? Is there a chance that Tinder could have a technical issue leading to incorrect distance displays? For instance, indicating someone is 82km away when they are actually only 6km away. Appreciate any insights. - Holly

I need assistance getting a refund for unauthorized charges on my bank account. My son, J.S., has been using my credit card on Tinder without permission, causing these charges. I did not authorize these transactions and need the funds returned promptly. He is uncooperative in removing my card details from his account. Can someone please help me with this situation? Thank you.

During my past relationship, my ex-girlfriend used my phone number without my knowledge to create a Tinder account and contacted people she was cheating on me with. Now that we are no longer together, I tried to create my own account but found out that the account she created with my number got banned. I would appreciate assistance in unbanning my phone number from Tinder so I can create my own account. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Hello, I am interested in resetting my profile on Tinder in hopes of improving my matchmaking results. I have come across various information online suggesting that changing my IP address and email may affect the algorithm score. I would like to inquire about the reset process and whether it is indeed possible to create a completely new profile to start fresh. Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, S.

Hello, I recently joined Tinder but struggled to make any matches initially. After reaching out to Tinder support and experiencing a delay, my account started working. I upgraded to Tinder Plus, but the next day my profile got blocked unexpectedly. Around this time, I began receiving emails from Get Human. Can you confirm if this is associated with your service? I attempted to unblock my profile through a service on the Tinder site that requested payment for assistance. However, after the initial payment, they asked for an additional fee of 39 for Secure Remote Assistance, which I couldn't afford at the time. I'm unsure if this is a legitimate service or a scam. If this service is connected to your platform, would paying the additional fee guarantee my profile unblocking? Alternatively, could you assist in unblocking my profile since I have already made a payment? My account is registered under the phone number +[redacted]85 and the email [redacted] Thank you for your help.

Yesterday at around 8:00, I created a new Tinder account after taking a break from the app. Within 3 hours, I received 22 likes from women, despite having only my own photos and one funny image from the internet in my profile. The issue arose when my bio, although specific, was not explicit. I mentioned my sexual preferences but did not violate any terms of service. However, this morning, I found that my account had been banned without any explanation. Despite my clean record on the app, I am now seemingly banned for life, without Tinder specifying the reason. I wanted to resolve this matter, but creating a new account would only worsen the situation. It is disappointing that Tinder has not provided any clarity on the violation. I believe someone may have been offended by my bio, although it was not inappropriate. Shouldn't Tinder accommodate various sexual preferences, given its nature as a hookup app? The lack of recourse or communication from Tinder is frustrating. I am confident that a review by a human would lead to my account being reinstated, as there was nothing unusual in my profile. If someone found my bio disagreeable, they could have easily swiped left instead of reporting me.

Hello, I am Victoria Douglas, a final year student at Nottingham Trent University. My dissertation focuses on the growth of single women in the 21st century, comparing Generation Z and Baby Boomers. I am eager to conduct an interview with someone from your team to understand the support offered to single women and the advantages they gain from your services. I am particularly interested in exploring your recent campaign 'Single not sorry' and its influence on empowering women to embrace their independence. Your insights would significantly benefit my research and project development. If you are available for an interview, I will promptly provide a list of questions. Looking forward to your response. Thank you, Victoria Douglas.

After joining Tinder recently, I've encountered an issue where matches disappear right after I swipe right. Despite trying on both phone and computer, the problem persists. Even with a gold subscription, I can't seem to keep track of my matches. I read someone's similar experience on a forum and tried searching within my likes, but even though the mobile app allows this feature, it didn't work for me. Each time I match with someone, their profile vanishes without a trace. I hope to resolve this as it's frustrating missing out on potential connections.

I recently tried to log into my Tinder account on my new phone and discovered that I have been banned. I'm puzzled as I have been a user for two years, with around [redacted] matches, and have always followed the guidelines. I am currently on my second one-year subscription, set to expire in March, and was planning to renew for a third year. I genuinely enjoy using the app and its services, so being banned has left me confused and disappointed. I hope to get some assistance with this issue as I feel it was unjust. It has been challenging to reach out to Tinder's customer support, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to raise awareness about a user named Greg Voss. He has reappeared on your site and is now using Instagram under the handle voss924. Additionally, he uses the Line 2 app to create alternate numbers for making accounts and communicating with women on dating platforms like OkCupid, Bumble, Jasmine, and Facebook. This individual poses a significant threat due to his behavior. Greg Voss frequently changes email addresses and has profiles on various dating sites, often without a profile picture. Although he has legitimate accounts on Match and Meetville, he also creates fake profiles. Engaging in deceptive tactics, he pretends to be sweet, romantic, and victimized by his ex to manipulate women into sending him explicit content. Despite being 39 years old with a daughter and son, aged 16 and 21, respectively, he targets women aged 18-25. If you encounter Greg Voss, be cautious. He goes by the name Gregory Voss and is employed at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama. His genuine contact number is [redacted], and some of his known email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] It's crucial to take action against his predatory behavior.

I need to highlight an individual who is currently active on Instagram under the handle "voss924", claiming to be Greg Voss. This person, known to use multiple email addresses, frequents various dating platforms without disclosing his true identity. Greg Voss, aged 39 with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, misleads women by portraying himself differently online. He manipulates conversations, coerce women into sending photos, and engages in inappropriate behavior despite his actual age. His deceptive tactics involve creating fake accounts and using burner numbers to communicate. Greg Voss has been reported to be associated with Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama. To address this concerning issue, it is crucial to be cautious of his misleading behavior and take appropriate actions if you encounter him.

I previously used the Tinder App while single before being in a long-term relationship. After moving to different states in a long-distance relationship, suspicions arose, leading me to check my boyfriend's Tinder activity. Initially, I opted for Tinder Plus at $9.99 per month but discovered a $99.99 charge on my account. This lump sum fee was unexpected and misleading, as I believed I was signing up for a monthly subscription, not a one-time payment for the year upfront. I'm an elementary school teacher and cannot afford such unplanned expenses on a dating app for mere reassurance. I have rarely used the app and request a full refund due to the misleading information and the financial burden it has caused me. Despite this issue, I have appreciated using Tinder in the past and would consider returning in the future. I hope for a resolution and look forward to your response. Thank you for your understanding. Stephanie Dudley.
