As a recent American expat in Fiji, I encountered issues when trying to set up a new Tinder account due to my old account’s information. Despite registering on Tinder.com successfully with my Fiji phone number, I prefer to use the Tinder app. Also, I face difficulties with the Tinder.com website on my iPhone, particularly in canceling my Tinder Gold subscription. I encountered difficulty accessing my phone gallery through Tinder to update my photos. In my attempt to troubleshoot, I logged out and in multiple times, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I am unsure if this may have triggered the issue, but I am now absent from other users' swipe lists. I confirmed this with some friends; even if I super like a paid account, I do not appear anymore. Consequently, I am not receiving new matches. What steps can I take, aside from creating a new account, to have my current account reinstated?

On October 22nd, £[redacted].99 was wrongfully withdrawn from my account via Google Pay for an Annual Subscription that should not have been active since my account was cancelled previously. I have consulted legal counsel and request all accounts associated with [redacted] to be terminated to prevent future unauthorized charges. I need to report a situation concerning a Tinder match. After receiving an unsolicited nude photo from a user I had matched with, I chose not to engage further and subsequently unmatched with him. In response, he resorted to name-calling and abusive behavior, even going as far as contacting me from multiple phone numbers, including a private one. This individual's actions are offensive, derogatory, and completely unacceptable. No one should be subjected to such harassment simply for setting boundaries. I am dealing with a situation regarding my ex. He insists that I pay the £[redacted] fine he alleges he received and claims he is unable to access his profile. My main concern is the well-being of our children. I request that he remove the names and images of our children from his profile, receive a refund for any payment made, and have his account reinstated without their details. Naming and displaying photos of minors on this platform seems unsuitable. Thank you.

I set up my Tinder account at 17 and got banned. Now that I am 18, I am unable to access Tinder. I've deleted my account and attempted to create a new one via Facebook, which shows my correct age. However, when inputting my number, it redirects me to the banned page due to using the same number from the initial account setup. How can I resolve this ban now that I meet the age requirement for the app?

I wish to bring attention to the user Greg Voss. He is a devious individual who frequents numerous dating sites with various email aliases. Greg often withholds his picture but has been spotted on Match and Meetville. He mixes truth with lies on his profiles, admitting his real details while also creating fake accounts. Greg, a 39-year-old with two young adult kids, manipulates women through text apps, persuading them to send photos. Predominantly targeting women aged 18-25, he charms them with false stories of his past relationships to gain their sympathy. Once he has their trust, he engages in explicit conversations and exchanges misleading photos before disappearing without a trace. His real name is Gregory Voss, residing in Adamsville, Alabama, and working at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood. I'm really frustrated. I have been using Tinder on and off for years. Unfortunately, this time my account is having technical issues. I lost a great connection with a match due to this problem. I have tried logging out and back in, but the issues persist. When I try to verify my phone number or input my email, the app malfunctions. Tonight, the problem resurfaced. My profile is not visible, and I can't read my matches' messages. It's really disappointing.

I went to bed with 42 unread messages, and now I see "99+" new messages at the top of my screen but only 1 or 0 at the bottom. Despite having friends confirm sending messages that I never received, the app is not showing new messages. Even the unread messages I had before this issue are not updating the new message count. Additionally, when using the Tinder Gold feature, swiping on matches results in a notification of not successfully matching. I have been a Tinder Gold member for 9 months, and reaching customer service has been challenging. I have tried re-downloading and logging into the app multiple times with no success.

I have documentation of a user who I suspect may be involved in trafficking. Following our chat, he requested to visit my home immediately. He proposed meeting at a nearby Walmart and bringing companions along to join him. I had doubts about his authenticity and requested a phone call, to which he expressed discomfort due to not knowing me. I questioned his comfort level, comparing his unease with calling versus asking a stranger to dominate him. I possess chat screenshots and strongly believe he could be a predator attempting to entice women and girls.

I have been using Tinder for a while now. Recently, I encountered a problem that started two nights ago. This issue has caused me to lose matches, and I am struggling to find a solution. The problem seems to be that my profile has become erratic, displaying an old version instead. When I try to send messages to matches, they do not go through. A match asked me for nude photos, which I declined. When he found out I was Kenyan but in Zanzibar while he was in Sweden, he questioned our match. Hello, I need assistance in recovering my account registered under the name Daryl with the email [redacted] and the phone number +[redacted]93. Recently, I had an issue with a match who requested inappropriate photos and then reported my account when I declined. Additionally, he questioned why I was swiping in a location where I wasn't physically present. I have been a Tinder Plus Gold member for the past five years, and I am well-versed in the rules and regulations of the app. Recently, I encountered an individual on the platform who identified as an escort girl, which was not in line with my intentions of finding a genuine relationship. Politely declining her proposition led to her using inappropriate language, prompting me to report the behavior.
