I have been using my tinder account since ****. My account was banned yesterday and I did not receive any sort of warning or notification as to why, despite the fact that I pay for tinder gold. Then when I tried to make a second account I paid for tinder gold again using the same appleID as the first account and then once the charge went through the new account was banned. I want to be reimbursed for the charge and I would like to know why I was banned and what can be done to reinstate my account. I have not violated any of tinder's community guidelines.
