I deleted the app after I purchase several packages. When I reinstalled it , it keeps giving me a error msg that my account is link to another one. *I don’t know how to retrace my orginal account as it should surely be link to my cell phone number and iTunes but no luck I have tried restore Purchase several times no luck it keeps telling me that it’s link to another account. I also can’t buy anything new from iTunes I just get the same error. The support team seems to be stuck in the dark ages and mail ships might be more effective in communication with them.
