I recently got a new phone. Unfortunately my tinder $**.** subscription didn't transfer over to my new phones Google play account. I contacted Google with no help, they referred my to credit card company to deal with situation. Unfortunately they referred me to tinder who isn't responded to my emails, yet have no problem charging my credit card with recurring payments. I want to continue to use tinder, but want to be able to use my subscription that I paid for. Just very frustrated and upset and tinder employees in customer service are very slow to respond and just don't give a **** **
