Hi, I don't mean to be rude, but I wanted Tinder Gold just for one month as my friend dared me to get it and you said that you would take about £* out of my account a month for Tinder Gold and I was going to delete it after that. I know that it was £**.** a year, but I signed up for only paying a month and then I cancelled my subscription. I know I'm probably not your favourite customer for only buying one month and then cancelling, but I have as much right as you to know why you took £**.** out of my account. I have hardly any money and I need to pay for this course I'm doing. I have to fund it all myself so getting £**.** taken out of my account when that's not what I wanted has made me cry and has made my day much worse. My email is *****@***.com PLEASE get back In touch. I would love a refund because you said you would remove the £* or £*, or whatever it was, a month from my account, but instead you took the whole years worth of £**.**. Please email me back.
