Hello, my apple id is locked in to a subscription, I cannot use my previous profile through Facebook or the other one through my phone number since it is govong me an error message saying that my account is tied to a subscription. I was just charged again the monthly fee while trying to restore purchases, but my account is still unusable as abasic account. This is a serious error and it doesn’t matter that I deleted all acounts I logged in so far. Please fox this asap!
