I just paid for tinder plus and then I was suddenly no longer able to access my account. This is the second or THIRD time this happened. Everything works fine but all of a sudden when I pay for the service, I get locked out of my account with no reason why. Whenever I try to reach someone, I get a half-assed answer. I want to speak to someone who can help. I am extremely furious about this. I want a diagnosis of the problem. I either want my account working again or my money BACK. I want a full explanation or I WILL share my horrendously negative experiences with your customer support that I have been through MULTIPLE times. The last time I had waited weeks for an answer. I want this resolved immediately. I'm sick and tired of waiting to receive help.**This issue was marked as fixed but it was in fact NOT fixed and I have recieved NO MESSAGES FROM TINDER SUPPORT.
I want my account back AND my money refunded.
I tried paying for the service but I get banned every time I do and it looks like im not the only one dealing with this SCAM of a company
