Dear Support,**This is my *th request to solve the issue with my account. I’ve provided all details and supporting do***ents in order to fix the issue. The issue was on login into the account after updgrade which was registered in Thailand with the tourist sim number. After several weeks I moved to Moscow, Russia to attend fifa world champion****p. And, after mowing in Moscow the tinder app got my account suspecous because of location change and requested to get the code in Thai registered number which I do not even remember that number and even so I can not get the code anyway because it was just tourist SIM card. Later. I sent several requests via email to tinder support team on this concern and was requested to explain in details and submit some do***ents which included even my selfie which I did so. I have even tried to explain and provided my registered Apple ID where the payments were through for the subscriptions. After that I made a try to create a new account which later was identified that the new account also is useless because my Apple ID was already registered with previous one. Later, I removed the subscription from my Apple ID so that I am not going to pay to the app which I can not use it at all! I hope you understand how the customers are important key in any business like you.
