Today I was in front of your property at w** and Columbus.*I was approached by a plain clothed security member of your team and told that I had to leave the property.*I was there to sell some of my Christmas decorations and I was told that the sidewalk in front of your property was NOT public and again I was asked to leave.*I responded by asking for NYPD to be called.*Upon the arrival of the NYPD, I again was told that the sidewalk was not public property and again I was asked to leave.*At this point, I informed the NYPD that I was okay with being arrested for trespassing on a public sidewalk in NYC. I have video of the incident and I am going to release it to the news in my area if I am not contacted with an apology for the embarrassment that I was forced to endure because of the misunderstanding that Time Warner has control of a public sidewalk in front of their business.*It is very unfortunate that you have made it a practice to allow your security detail to chase the general public from what you believe to be YOUR PROPERTY.*I was held up for over * minutes with law enforcement and a member of your team for no apparent reason other than the fact that, Time Warner says that I was trespassing.*I would like a quick remedy to this.*On my part, I wish that I would have known that I, a citizen of NYC , was not allowed to frequent your property.*How are people expected to do any business with you, if we are not allowed to enter even the sidewalk in front of your property.??
