Tidal doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-glassli will need to dig through the advice provided by Tidal, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I have a Tial account. The username is *glass*It was opened under *****@***.com*Tidal has created a mess of my account switching my music back and forth between log ins and NO ONE has given me an answer.**I was charged for a month on July **st, but my services were cancelled. *I received an email to *****@***.com I was charged.**I forwarded a copy of my card, the numbers, the expiration date, the billing receipt and NO ONE has fixed my issue*Instead, I get an email that all of my music would be moved to ANOTHER account *****@***.com, which is active, but when I asked for all of my playlists to come tot he YET THIRD account, I get another twisted answer.*I am beyond frustrated. *What in the **** is going on and would you fix it.**This will be my last email before I cancel my service and write a letter explaining why I will never be another customer.
