For 25 years, I have longed to see Garth Brooks in concert. Unfortunately, in [redacted], I had to give away my tickets when my Mother passed away just before the concert. The next time I had tickets, all the shows in Crowe Park were canceled, leaving me incredibly disappointed 😢. Now, I have managed to secure a single ticket for September 16th. However, a recent back injury requires surgery scheduled for September 1st, affecting my mobility. I will struggle with steps and wondered if there's a chance for a wheelchair space. I have my own chair. Your help in providing this accommodation would mean the world to me as a devoted fan. Missing this opportunity would be heartbreaking, leaving me to fear that I may never get another chance to see him perform. I am hopeful that this time I'll finally experience the concert I've been dreaming of for so long. 🙏🏻

I no longer have access to the email where the tickets for the Chris Stapleton concert were purchased last year. I need to find a way to access my tickets for this year's concert. My phone number is [redacted], and my name is Chilyn Baldwin. My friend Daphne Collett bought the tickets, and I paid her for them. She transferred the tickets to me, but I am unable to access that email account. The tickets may be under her name or mine. I have four tickets. Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with an issue regarding my purchase of three tickets to the MJ musical in New York on September 3. I bought these tickets as a surprise for my family members, aiming to give them a day of music and laughter after the unexpected loss of their father. Regrettably, I recently discovered that my nephew has a crucial exam on the same date that he cannot miss. I contacted the help center, but received an automated response stating that tickets cannot be changed. I hope that an exception can be made considering the circumstances, as I truly want my family to enjoy this gift together. Any help to address this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Order number 12-[redacted]/NY4.

I was in the process of exchanging or upgrading my tickets for the September 7th, [redacted] Bad Bunny concert in San Antonio, Texas. Originally in section X, row 20, seats 14-16, I decided to upgrade last week on August 6th. After receiving an email about a problem on August 9th, I opted to keep my original tickets. Surprisingly, on August 13th, I found out my original tickets were canceled and the new ones remained. I submitted a support ticket online and hope to resolve this with Ticketmaster soon. I would like my original tickets back or tickets in a similar section. Thank you for your assistance in addressing this issue.

I purchased parking for $60 at Jiffy Lube Live on August 14, [redacted] for the Imagine Dragons show. Despite showing the staff my receipt, they wouldn't allow us to park in the designated lot, claiming our car didn't "qualify." There were available spaces, but they insisted we find alternative parking. They instructed us to seek a refund through you. We request a prompt $60 refund and recommend clearer information on the parking site. The attendant from the contract service, in a golf cart labeled "National [redacted]," was rude and threatened to prevent us from attending the show unless we relocated our vehicle.

I've been trying to buy 6 tickets for the Boston Pops Holiday concert at the SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH on Dec 10, [redacted] on the website. When I select my seats and click "next" to purchase using PayPal, a timeout window keeps appearing, preventing me from entering my payment information. This issue has been ongoing for 36 hours across different browsers. I've recently reset my Ticketmaster password, but this problem persists. Can you please assist me with this purchase as I'm eager to buy these tickets? Thank you for your help.

I bought tickets for the Peter Kay Dance for Life concert at M&S Arena, Liverpool on August 20th. The tickets haven't arrived yet. My wife is traveling from Ireland tomorrow and will miss the delivery. The tickets are in my name, Paul Fielding, contact me at [redacted] Can duplicate tickets be ready for collection by my wife, Sarah Beaumont-Fielding, at the box office on Saturday evening? There are two people attending.

I bought 3 tickets from Ticketmaster this morning for the upcoming concert, "Williams Brothers Farewell Tour," at Landers Center in Southaven, Mississippi. I got the "K97.5 tickets" for $9.57 each. During checkout, they offered ticket insurance for around $8 per ticket, totaling about $24, but I declined. The 3 tickets cost less than $30 before tax, but my final total was over $57. I'm concerned about the extra $27 added; it seems too high. I suspect the insurance was added despite declining it. It's like an extra $8 per ticket, which I find excessive.

TicketMaster Order # 8-[redacted]/NEV I purchased tickets online in June for upcoming events with my wife. One of them is Robert Plant & Allison Krause's concert tonight (8/21) in Berkeley, CA. However, I mistakenly bought $[redacted] worth of tickets for their Stateline, NV concert last night instead. I discovered this error today when trying to load the tickets on my phone. I would like to address this issue with Ticketmaster promptly. The lack of contact options makes it challenging to resolve, and I feel like customer support accessibility has declined on Ticketmaster's site. Hoping to speak with someone from Ticketmaster today to rectify this situation. Bob Chaney

I created my Ticketmaster account with my work email, which I no longer have access to. I urgently bought tickets using that account, intending to update the email later. Now, I am unable to access the account as it is prompting me to change my password and sending the reset link to the inaccessible work email. I cannot retrieve the password reset link, preventing me from accessing both the account and the tickets I purchased. The event is in 10 days, and I need the tickets for others too.

This morning, I purchased tickets for the Harry Styles concert on 11/11 at the Kia Forum after receiving a text message that more "production" seats had been released on the Ticketmaster app and website for the show. I had a presale code, but I was confused by the vague message and was unsure what "production" tickets meant. Despite this, I bought two tickets in section 114WC without realizing that WC stands for wheelchair seats designated for accessible seating. I wish to avoid taking seats from those who require wheelchair access but have already paid for these tickets. I am seeking information on whether it is possible to exchange the tickets for others in the stadium. How can I arrange this exchange before the concert, or can it be done at the ticket box on the event day? Thank you.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Hanson concert in KC on September 10. My order number is [redacted]. Additionally, I received another order number, which is [redacted]7. Initially, I intended to buy tickets for a Victor Davis Hanson speech, but due to poor internet service, I mistakenly bought concert tickets. Unfortunately, I never received the tickets on my phone, so I lack a bar code. I now want to sell these tickets, but I am having trouble listing them. My information is on file with Ticketmaster, including my SS number. However, when I checked one site, it shows I have no tickets to sell or purchase. As the concert is far for me and not of interest, I prefer to sell the tickets. If selling is not possible, I would at least like to locate them.

Order no. [redacted]9 for lawn seats I am writing regarding our recent experience with our tickets for the Earth Wind and Fire and Santana concert in Tampa. Despite multiple rescheduling due to Covid, we finally traveled from Fort Lauderdale on Saturday, August 27th to attend. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we faced severe weather alerts, long traffic delays, and challenges finding a handicap spot for my senior, handicap, US veteran husband. After waiting over an hour in the car line and unsure of the event proceeding due to the weather, we decided to leave with disappointment. To our surprise, we later learned the concert went on. We are left wondering if only certain ticket holders could attend. Given our experience, we are requesting a full refund or credit from Ticketmaster. Sincerely, Andrea, Elwood, Dean, and Matthew Gibson

Order Confirmation #: [redacted] I purchased concert tickets for the Red Hot Chili Peppers World Tour in Washington DC from TicketMaster's website five months ago. Following the purchase, I received a confirmation email assuring delivery updates. Despite no contact from the Seller listed as "XFR," TicketMaster informed me that all was well when I inquired in April [redacted]. However, after five months, my order on the app is still marked as "in progress" without any tickets or QR code visible. With the concert approaching next week, uncertainty looms as I await the tickets. Attempts to seek assistance from FanSupport have failed thrice, and my credit card company only identifies the Seller as TicketMaster. Concerned about potential fraud and the risk of losing both the tickets and my money, I urgently seek help from a TicketMaster agent to resolve this pressing issue.

I encountered an issue with RHCP Seattle tickets I purchased through Tickpick. The original buyer transferred the tickets back to Ticketmaster, but they were not forwarded to me, resulting in a loss of $[redacted]. Tickpick offered a $90 credit and a vague email indicating the transfer. However, the remaining $[redacted] is unaccounted for, and Tickpick directed me to contact Ticketmaster. Upon speaking with Ticketmaster, it was revealed that tickets are typically transferred directly from seller to buyer without confirmation emails, contradicting Tickpick's policy. I find it unfair that my funds were sent to Tickpick, and I never received my tickets, as one was even used by someone else after the event began. This situation is confusing and concerning, raising suspicions of possible fraudulent activity involving a Tickpick or Ticketmaster staff member.

I am writing to address an issue I experienced at the Kenny Chesney concert at Gillette Stadium. I purchased 5 tickets for section [redacted], row 27 for the [redacted] concert, which was later rescheduled to [redacted]. Upon arrival, the seats I purchased were missing. Guest services was unhelpful and impolite, offering us only 3 tickets in section [redacted] for the five of us. No apologies or efforts to resolve the issue were made. When I inquired about a refund, I was denied. The lack of prior notice about the missing seats was disappointing. Eventually, police officers intervened to assist us and provided floor wristbands. However, we would have preferred to sit in our designated seats. The mishandling of this situation was disappointing. I believe a refund for the non-existent seats is warranted. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Hello, I urgently require assistance with my order number #[redacted]2. I am unable to access my ticket for today despite spending an hour on the phone with Vivid Seats and Cassandra, who provided great service. We tried various troubleshooting methods such as app installations, deletions, new links, and alternate emails, but the technical issues with Ticketmaster persist. Neither their app nor website recognizes my email([redacted]). I possess payment evidence, but I lack the tickets for the Motley Crue and Def Leppard concert scheduled for today. Since it is already 2 pm and I must depart immediately for the concert, I fear missing it. Please process a refund and I will consider booking another concert, such as the Eagles, hoping to avoid a similar situation. This chaos is very disappointing. Kindly arrange a refund and provide compensation for the inconvenience. Thank you, Anita. Email: [redacted] Mobile: [redacted]

I purchased tickets to see Willie Nelson but I am struggling to access them in my Gmail. Google notified me that my email was "locked down" due to a security issue. Now, I am unsure when this will be resolved. I would like a refund for the tickets to be credited back to my card if possible. If not, could you resell the tickets or send them via text message or mail a physical copy to my home? I initially bought them for my 84-year-old mother, thinking the venue was outdoors. After discovering it is indoors and considering my mom's unvaccinated status due to her age, I am unsure if it is safe for her to attend. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Additionally, I paid a significant amount over the ticket price, around $[redacted].00 for two tickets, including service fees and insurance. Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking clarification regarding ticket purchases made through Ticketmaster. If the confirmation email received post-purchase, featuring the header "You Got the Tickets" with order details including artist, date, venue, and seat location, does it also disclose if the seats purchased have obstructed views? In my case, I purchased a ticket for an event using a friend's account for a group outing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to sell the ticket on StubHub at face value since Ticketmaster does not allow resales. The buyer later claimed post-event that the seat had an obstructed view, not mentioned in my StubHub listing, and now StubHub is holding me responsible. How could I have disclosed this obstructed view if Ticketmaster did not? Can someone confirm if the presence of an obstructed view is typically indicated in the immediate confirmation email from Ticketmaster after a purchase? Thank you.
