Paula informed me that management is considering refunding the tickets. The guest, who resides in Singapore, missed the January 27 refund deadline unknowingly. Hello, I purchased two tickets for the MercyMe concert on February 16, [redacted], at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville as a Christmas gift for my siblings. The seats are in the 4th row, Seats 11 & 12. I planned to transfer the tickets to my dad but they have disappeared from TicketMaster. I have tried troubleshooting with no luck and even have a bank transaction confirming the purchase. I am attaching a screenshot of the tickets. I would appreciate a prompt response as this situation is causing me anxiety and I want to ensure my parent's gift is not ruined. Hello, I recently purchased two tickets for Avril Lavigne's concert on May 7th, [redacted], at Place Bell in Laval. I'm encountering difficulties transferring my tickets as my browser seems to be blocking the process. Whenever I attempt to transfer them, I receive an error message stating that my browsing behavior resembles that of a bot. I have checked my browser settings and verified that JavaScript is enabled. Subject: Assistance Needed with Harry Styles Tickets for Ireland Concert on June 22 Dear Customer Service, I am seeking urgent assistance regarding the Harry Styles tickets I purchased. While buying the tickets using a friend's phone, I mistakenly entered an incorrect email address, and as a result, I did not receive the confirmation email. Consequently, I am unable to access my account because I do not remember the email address entered. I possess the QR code received post-purchase, and I used a Mastercard ending in [redacted] for the payment of [redacted] plus some cents, which included insurance. I recently received 2 emails from Ticketmaster Fan Support regarding the sale of 3 tickets for a Jan 22nd event featuring LeAnn Morgan in Atlanta. I want to confirm that the tickets have indeed been sold before providing more information as I wasn't previously notified about the sale. I recently discovered that I entered the wrong email address when I bought my tickets. The tickets were sent to [redacted], but my correct email is [redacted] Can you assist me with getting the digital tickets resent to my correct email address before my concert tonight at 8? I bought 2 tickets for the Andre Rieu Concert at the Oakland Coliseum on 6/17/19. The event was rescheduled twice, with the latest date being March 21, [redacted]. I decided to keep my tickets instead of requesting a refund. However, when I log into my Ticketmaster account using my old email [redacted], I can't see the tickets. The system still shows the event is scheduled. I purchased insurance with my tickets and have a printed copy with the date 3/2/[redacted]. I want to make sure I can still attend the concert. I purchased a ticket on Ticketweb almost two years ago, and I received a refund last March to a card that is no longer active. I would like the refund to be processed to my current active card. My money has been on hold with you. It's been frustrating to deal with this issue, and I have spent hours and sent numerous emails to resolve it. I have copies of all my emails, order details, and refund receipt. I understand that you acquired Ticketweb, and I'm trying to be patient. I'm considering contacting my attorney as a last resort. Please refund my money, perhaps with some interest for the inconvenience caused. I have been hesitant to attend more concerts due to the previous money handling problems. I would appreciate getting my money refunded to my active card promptly. Thank you.

I require assistance accessing my TicketMaster account. The email associated with my account is outdated, and I can't receive any verification codes to reset it. The current email displayed is [redacted], but my new email is [redacted] I am unable to log in to update my email due to not receiving the verification code. Phone support and LIVECHAT were both unsuccessful in helping me. I simply need to change my email from the old one to the new one, but I can't access my account to do so. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I recently made a purchase on TickPick, and I have encountered an issue with accessing my tickets. When trying to accept them, I receive a message stating they have already been accepted by another email address. However, I used my own card for the payment, which bears my name, and the tickets were sent to my email associated with the account. Despite receiving a confirmation email from Ticketmaster, I am unable to view the tickets after attempting to accept them. I have only one email address, which is the one registered on the account. I suspect the problem may be due to having a TickPick account before creating one with Ticketmaster, which might have caused confusion with ticket delivery. Thank you for your help.

I have been attempting to buy tickets on the site for the past 2 days, but encountered an error code U533 that prevented me from completing the purchase. A while ago, I received an email from an unknown sender offering 2 tickets for the same game I had tried to buy previously. These tickets are different from the ones I intended to purchase, and I am unsure of their origin. Despite multiple attempts, I did not receive confirmation of my order due to the persistent U533 error. I contacted my bank to rule out any issues from their end and cleared my browsing data as suggested on your site for resolving the error code problem. However, I have not finalized any transaction and will not accept the tickets. I am concerned about being charged for them or not being able to contact the sender to decline the offer. I attempted to reply to the email but got a message about an unresponsive mailbox. My calls to Ticketmaster have been unsuccessful. How can I ensure that I am not billed for these tickets and inform the recipient that I will not be accepting them?

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased two tickets for the Celine Dion concert scheduled for March 11, [redacted] in Washington DC. The concert was postponed multiple times, and I recently learned that the April 22, [redacted] event has been canceled. It is stated that ticket holders will receive refunds through their credit cards. I have not received a refund yet, despite the announcement over a month ago. If this information is accurate, do I need to take any action or simply wait for the refund to be processed? Thank you.

On 18/02/22, I purchased four tickets for the Texas concert in Nottingham with order number 53-[redacted]/UK5. Our journey from the Southwest was disrupted when our train arrived in Bristol Templemeads an hour late due to damage. We were then directed to change trains at Bristol Parkway due to further delays, only to later discover that no more trains were running that day due to weather conditions. Stranded, we had to return to Bristol, book a hotel for the night, and have now made it home instead of reaching our destination for the concert and hotel stay. Considering the circumstances, I am inquiring about the possibility of a refund for the unused tickets.

I bought tickets from Ticketmaster for the Pitt Panthers basketball game tonight at Petersen Event Center in Pittsburgh. My order number is #3[redacted]-1[redacted]-0. I purchased three tickets for $[redacted].31 in Section [redacted], Row Q, Seats 6-8. I received an email on Feb. 5 confirming my order processing and another email on Feb.18 with a "Download My Tickets" button. However, clicking the button only redirects me to the Pitt Panthers website where it says I have no tickets. I got these tickets as a gift for someone and now need to get them to that person. The game starts in 3 hours. Ticketmaster has been frustrating and I feel like I've paid extra fees for nothing. I really need help with this issue.

Hello, I recently purchased tickets using a £[redacted] gift card from my work. I bought two BeachHouse tickets in Glasgow, leaving me with just over £90 on the gift card. The gift card number is 5[redacted]-2[redacted]. I attempted to buy three Big Thief tickets in London's 02 Shepherds Bush, which exceeded the remaining balance on my gift card by £1.65. When I tried to pay the difference, it was declined as it was using an old credit card. After the failed transaction, my gift card balance showed £0, with no tickets purchased. I believe this is an error and would like a refund or the three Big Thief tickets with the remaining £1.65 paid separately. Thank you, Aidan

I have been trying to purchase tickets on ticketmaster.com for the last two days. Despite being able to select seats, upgrades, verify my security number on the card, and buy ticket insurance, when I proceed to check out, after about a minute, it comes back saying the tickets are no longer available. I have already confirmed with my credit card company that there is nothing wrong with my card. I have tried selecting the same seats again with the same outcome, and also tried different seats, but still encountered the same issue. It's frustrating not being able to purchase the tickets I want. I currently have a refund in process for KISS tickets that I've held onto for two years, but now that the date is set, I can't attend, so I've initiated the refund process. I just want to buy tickets to see Journey on March 6 in Manchester, New Hampshire. Thanks, Casey

I purchased Coyotes Hockey tickets for my son and grandson using TickPick. The event got rescheduled, and we encountered issues claiming the tickets. Despite being able to sign in to my TicketMaster account and view other tickets, I received a message stating my email was not found when trying to claim the tickets. TickPick suggested it was a TicketMaster problem even after various troubleshooting efforts. We contacted Arizona Coyotes seeking a solution but still could not retrieve the tickets. My son and grandson have tickets for the game on April 1, [redacted], and I am eager to have this matter resolved before the next game.

Dear Ticketmaster Team, I am Maggie Tang. I recently sold two Justin Bieber concert tickets on Ticketmaster and am curious about the payment timeline. Originally, I bought the tickets from Vividseats and later acquired them from a seller named "Sherman Reed" via Ticketmaster. Due to the concert being postponed to July 2, a date I am unable to attend, I opted to resell my tickets on Ticketmaster. I discovered that I must refund my buyer in case of postponement or cancellation. However, despite one representative mentioning no refunds at the moment, I have not received payment from the buyer post completing the transaction. If the concert is postponed or canceled again on July 2, am I responsible for refunding the buyer, and will I receive a refund from "Sherman Reed"?
