I purchased tickets for the Elton John concert last year for Jan. 21 and 22. Unfortunately, my devices were hacked, and the contact information associated with the ticket purchase has been changed. I am unable to access the tickets and worried about security. Despite efforts from private tech individuals, the issue persists. I seek guidance on obtaining a refund due to these circumstances. I recently bought concert tickets through a third party, thinking it was Ticketmaster. I came across a person named "Bruce" who is selling the tickets through a third-party Ticketmaster website. The email notification from Bruce advises against accepting tickets from unfamiliar individuals. Unfortunately, I failed to take a screenshot of the page. The order number I have is from Ticketmaster for Keith Urban on July 29, [redacted], at PNC Bank Arts Center, Holmdel, NJ. I tried to contact Ticketmaster but was advised to call closer to the event due to high call volume. Bruce mentioned I have four tickets for Orchestra section [redacted], Row F, but I need to provide my Ticketmaster account details to access them four days before the show. I appreciate any assistance you can offer as I do not know Bruce, and Ticketmaster has not been responsive.

I have purchased tickets through Ticketmaster and encountered an issue with ticket transfer. After receiving a notification to accept the ticket transfer from Anna for an event, I clicked on the link provided. However, upon logging into my Ticketmaster account, I received a message stating that the ticket transfer had already been accepted by another email address. I have attempted to resolve this by contacting Ticketmaster via phone, but have been unable to reach them as they are not currently accepting phone calls. I am still in need of assistance in locating my tickets or receiving new ones.

I bought tickets for the Arizona Cardinals divisional game that they needed to win on Monday against the Rams, but sadly, the Cardinals lost. When I contacted Ticketmaster for a refund, Shelly from Ticketmaster responded stating the event was rescheduled, which is not accurate as the Cardinals are not advancing in the season. I promptly clarified this to Shelly, explaining that the Cardinals are no longer playing any games, and inquired about my refund. Ticketmaster only offers email support, and I'm eager to hear back from a human representative to assist with my refund request. Thank you for any help in advance.

I bought two tickets to see the Broadway show Lion King on June 03, [redacted], as a birthday surprise for my fiance. The performance date was supposed to be September 26, [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the new vaccine mandates, we were unable to attend the show as neither of us were vaccinated. I tried to contact Ticketmaster multiple times before the performance date but couldn't reach customer service to request a refund or change the show date to a time when vaccine mandates are not in place. My ticket order number is #28-[redacted]/NY4. I kindly request a full refund or tickets for a future showing of the Lion King. Thank you, T. Singleton

I bought three tickets for the Celine Dion concert set for March 11, [redacted], at Washington DC's Capital One Arena. Unfortunately, Celine Dion had to cancel the concert two weeks ago due to her illness. I had Allianz Global Insurance on the tickets bought through Ticketmaster. I reached out to Capital One Arena, and they mentioned that refunds were given to companies like Ticketmaster. I bought Kane Brown tickets for my wife's birthday in Seattle tomorrow via SeatGeek. The tickets show as confirmed in my SeatGeek account, but to use them on Ticketmaster, I need to accept a transfer link via email. I received links earlier to transfer the tickets to Ticketmaster, but every time I try, it loads on Ticketmaster, then gives an error saying "oops something went wrong." We've tried this on both websites and apps multiple times. These tickets were pricey, and we need help urgently.

The booking for the Only Fools and Horses The Musical show on 24/12/21 was cancelled, and despite numerous attempts to contact Ticketmaster for a refund, I have been unsuccessful. Now it seems that my account is unrecognized which further complicates matters. I purchased tickets to the Tool concert at the Tacoma Dome on January 11, [redacted]. We bought them in December, but when we arrived at the show, our tickets were not there. We were turned away at the gate and missed seeing our favorite band. We are now willing to travel to their next performance and are requesting compensation for our tickets. Our ticket confirmation number is 59-[redacted]-83/SEA. If we drive to another show, could we please upgrade to VIP tickets? It was disappointing to miss their last tour, and we even heard them playing as we stood outside. We tried to contact Ticketmaster but couldn't reach anyone. We are in financial stress after borrowing money and are $1,[redacted] in debt. Please consider upgrading our tickets as a gesture to make up for our missed opportunity. I purchased tickets for The Temptations play at the Kennedy Center. Unfortunately, my tickets arrived late via FedEx on January 15th for the 7:30 show. When I arrived at the Kennedy Center box office, there were no tickets for me. I even paid $25.00 for parking with no outcome. Feeling frustrated, I returned home at 8:30 that night. Upon entering my apartment building, I noticed an envelope at my door. Inside were the missing tickets. I kindly request replacement tickets for another show, maybe for Babyface & Kem at the MGM or Maxwell at Capital One in Washington D.C. I recently won tickets for the Frankie Beverly show on MAJIC [redacted].3, which was canceled. I would appreciate your assistance in securing replacement tickets. Thank you.

Hello! I'm an avid concert-goer, and I appreciate the joy you bring to my life with your shows. I received a credit for a cancelled Black Keys concert in April [redacted]. I've tried to use the credit on various shows, but it's not "eligible." The band is touring again, but the credit doesn't work for this show either. How can I check which shows are eligible for the credit? Time is running out, and I've attempted to use it multiple times—it's a substantial amount. I've been unable to reach customer service and am feeling frustrated. I didn't expect the credit to have limitations on shows I like. What can I do? I have been trying to reach a live customer service agent at Ticketmaster to process my overdue refund. Despite sending three emails and filling out two "Chat with us" boxes, I have received no response. The event organizer, George Lopez, automatically issues refunds within 30 days of cancellation. It has been 34 days since the event was canceled, and I am still waiting for my refund. My cousin received hers over two weeks ago. I check daily for updates and would appreciate a prompt reply to my emails. I believe I am entitled to compensation for each day beyond January 21, [redacted], that my refund is delayed. Additionally, I am unsure about getting a refund for my ticket insurance. If I had been able to speak with a representative sooner, this situation could have been resolved without frustration.

I bought tickets through Ticketmaster from a third party. The email with the ticket link was not received or got lost in my Junkmail. Consequently, I cannot access my tickets as my Ticketmaster account prompts me to use the email link. Unfortunately, I cannot reach the seller to resend the email. I need assistance over the phone to resolve this issue.

I encountered difficulties buying 2 presale tickets due to an issue at checkout. Upon selecting seats or ticket types, an error message appeared prompting me to log in or try later. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps and using different presale codes ("love" and "power"), I was unsuccessful before the 10pm PST deadline. Unfortunately, I missed the chance to attempt on a different computer due to time constraints. I'm in Colorado (MST). I would appreciate any assistance, even if it means not accessing presale tickets before the public sale. Could you possibly refund the price difference from presale to general public tickets if I proceed with purchasing the latter?
