I visited the arena to inquire about tickets I bought. The staff told me I didn't purchase tickets from Ticketmaster. Concerned about being scammed, I bought 3 more tickets on-site. Later, I found out my tickets were from Ticketnetwork, but the emails were sent to the wrong address. The issue got resolved, and I have my tickets, but now I have duplicates from the arena. I wanted to avoid disappointing my grandsons, aged 11 and 5, as this was their Christmas present. Could these extra tickets please be refunded?

I require information on NFL tickets. I have sold tickets for the Giants/Eagles game on 12/26/21 and the Cowboys/Eagles game on 01/09/22. When I check my phone for details, the initial screen indicates 2 listed and 2 sold for both games. However, upon viewing the second screen for each game, it shows only one ticket sold. I recently tried to make a purchase on Ticketmaster's website, but encountered an error during the checkout process. As a result, I have not received the tickets I paid for, even though the money has already been deducted from my bank account. I have been in touch with my bank, and they informed me that the transaction is pending authorization from Ticketmaster. I am eager to know if the charge will be accepted soon so I can receive my tickets for the NBA event on December 30 in Denver, Colorado. If the charge cannot be processed, I will need to make arrangements to return to my city.

I am currently directing a play set to debut in less than two weeks, and unfortunately, our show information has not been updated on the Ticketmaster website. The representative assigned to us has been lacking in professionalism. Their response time is very slow, they have not addressed the issues we brought up several months ago, and they hardly return calls or emails promptly. This delay is significantly impacting our ticket sales and causing frustration for potential audience members seeking to purchase tickets. The lack of communication and support from Ticketmaster is incredibly disheartening.

I received 4 tickets together in row D, but I paid for seats 11 and 12. I am emailing to inquire if I was mistakenly charged for seats 9 and 10 as well. Due to Covid restrictions, the theatre has had to cancel some bookings. I initially booked for a party of 6 with reference number 52-[redacted]. Later, I added 2 more seats with reference number 52-[redacted]. If the theatre needs to cancel, I'm unsure if they would treat it as one booking of 8 under my name or as two separate bookings. I would like clarification because I don't want only a portion of the bookings to be canceled. If necessary, I prefer all bookings to be canceled or none at all, to keep the party together.

I bought a total of 6 Kane Brown tickets for January 22, [redacted], at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. I've learned that all attendees must be vaccinated, but some in my group are not. I received a refund for my tickets, but it never appeared in my bank account. The tickets were purchased on November 22, [redacted], and the refund was supposedly sent on October 19, [redacted]. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed no credit attempt was made. I have emailed your company multiple times about this issue. Initially, Margarita requested my bank's fax number, but now a different person is repeating the same statement as the others, asking me to wait another 7 to 10 days. I bought four tickets for the Casting Crowns: The Healer Tour on February 24, [redacted], in Huntsville, AL, in Section [redacted], Row H, Seats 1-4 from Ticketmaster on December 24. I used my USAA Visa Debit Card to pay $[redacted].85 plus $33.20 for Allianz insurance but did not receive an email confirmation. My card was charged for both amounts. After reaching out to Ticketmaster's Customer Service and receiving a response from John, I was informed they couldn't find my order in their system. I purchased the tickets through the Ticketmaster app on my phone, but they are still not showing in my account. I have been attempting to contact Ticketmaster for several months regarding an issue with accessing my account. Despite multiple attempts via phone and email, I have not received any responses. I am locked out of my account and unable to access customer support without logging in. The last email I sent was on September 7, over 4 months ago, with no reply. The error message I consistently receive when trying to view my account is regarding being mistaken for a bot due to reasons listed in the message. I have used the Ticketmaster app without any problems in the past and have not been given any explanation for this issue. I am not a bot, yet I am unable to resolve this problem. I bought tickets to take a ride on the "High Roller" Ferris wheel in Las Vegas. On Dec 19th, when we arrived, we were told the ride was closed for unexpected maintenance. They advised me to contact Ticketmaster for a refund. Ticketmaster's page mentioned a "request a refund" link which never showed up. Calling them was fruitless as I couldn't speak to a person and kept getting disconnected after being directed back to the website. I followed the instructions on the "contact us" page but have not received any acknowledgment that my refund request is being processed. If I don't receive guidance soon, I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I have been attempting multiple times daily to purchase a Platinum ticket for £[redacted].25 in Block A, Row F, Seat 41 for "The Masked Singer" at Newcastle Utilita Arena on 08.04.[redacted]. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to secure the ticket. I am hearing impaired and cannot communicate via phone. Standing at 54 inches tall, I use a walking stick for support, not a wheelchair. I am experiencing difficulty purchasing tickets on the website. I have attempted to switch browsers from Edge to Firefox to Chrome, but the issue persists. Despite changing seats and sections, the website constantly prevents me from buying tickets. After selecting seats, it repeatedly gets stuck on "securing" my tickets and eventually times out when trying to proceed with the sale. I bought two balcony tickets for the Sublime with Rome show at Marquee Theater on December 26th. I was upset to learn on December 30th, with less than 72 hours notice, that I needed proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test to attend. This caused my companion to miss the event. I tried to resell my ticket on Ticketmaster.com but couldn't. During the concert, there were sound issues, and the saxophonist's mic wasn't working, significantly affecting the quality. The sound crew struggled to fix the problem between sets, leading to frustration and disappointment. The constant technical difficulties disrupted the show, and I left before Sublime performed, feeling like it wasn't worth my time or money. I hope to receive refunds for both tickets and reimbursement for the $[redacted] Covid test expense. This experience ruined my New Year's Eve plans.

I was buying tickets for Monster Jam, and I accidentally selected Saturday instead of Sunday. The tickets were purchased for 2-3 pm on Saturday evening for a show at 1 pm. I realize this was my error, but it was for my son's birthday, and we are now missing one of his favorite shows. I kindly request a refund as the tickets have not been used or scanned. Thank you.

I tried to buy tickets for the Tampa Bay Bucs game on 11/20/[redacted]. The first time, the tickets didn't appear, and I didn't get a confirmation. I contacted TicketMaster, but they couldn't find a record of my purchase. They assured me I wouldn't be charged. So, I bought another pair. Unfortunately, I was charged for both the first and second purchases by my credit card company. The tickets from the first order never arrived, and they still aren't in my account.
