While trying to buy four tickets for the University of Kentucky vs. Louisville football game in November, I encountered an error on the Ticketmaster system. It said there was a problem on their end, not mine, so I tried buying a different set of four tickets. However, both transactions were processed, and now I have four extra tickets that I need to be refunded.

Hello, I purchased e-tickets for Steely Dan at the Met on 10/29/[redacted] as a surprise for my husband on our 44th wedding anniversary. Upon receiving the tickets via email and arriving at the scheduled event, we encountered issues loading the tickets in the pouring rain. Unfortunately, we were unable to enter the building as the tickets needed to be scanned. This led to a disappointing experience as we had to leave the event. The tickets loaded an hour before the concert while we were back home in Northeastern Maryland. The whole situation left me feeling very upset. I bought 4 tickets for my nephew and his friends in Minneapolis on September 18, [redacted]. Ticketmaster billed me for 6 tickets, which I never received. I only accessed 4 tickets, confirmed in my Ticketmaster account. Despite multiple contacts with Ticketmaster, they insist on deferring the refund responsibility to the concert promoter/venue. There were no extra charges from the promoter/venue, and I did not have access to the additional tickets for which I was charged. Ticketmaster should refund me for the 2 extra tickets that I never received.

I'm writing to inquire about the 8 Trans-Siberian Orchestra tickets I purchased for the Saturday evening, Nov. 27 show. I opted for the pay later option through Klarna and received an invoice for the first payment. On Nov. 12th, Ticket Master debited $67.65 from my account, which Klarna claims they did not process. I am unsure why this withdrawal occurred and if it was a mistake, I kindly request a refund to my checking account. Initially, I thought Ticket Master was handling the payments, but now it seems Klarna is responsible. Any clarity on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Hello, my name is Craig B. I purchased tickets from VIVIDSEATS and was informed that they were transferred to you. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the stadium, I couldn't get the bar code to display. I had purchased insurance from Allianz and was instructed to provide proof that the seats were not used in order to receive partial reimbursement. This is the fourth email I have sent without a response. The concert in question was Blake Shelton on Sept. 10 at the Ford Center in Evansville, IN. I purchased tickets for the Ohio St. vs Michigan Game scheduled for November 27th, but I haven't received them yet. I've been waiting for months and my order number is [redacted]5. My husband, M.O., emailed but received no response about the missing tickets. We are concerned and anxious as the event is approaching. We are based in Ann Arbor, MI, in the United States. This delay is unusual and unsettling as we are used to receiving tickets promptly from Ticketmaster. Waiting until November 25th for the tickets is not practical for us. I have not received my ticket order under 15-[redacted]/NV3 for the upcoming event. The details mention I should be able to track the ticket delivery, but I have not been provided with a tracking number. An email today claimed I should have the tickets already, however, they have not arrived. I placed the ticket order on Nov 3rd. During the purchase, only the billing address was requested, my street address was not collected, and my billing address is a PO Box. I missed a call asking for my street address, but no callback number was left, and my answering machine doesn't record phone numbers. I have emailed FanTicketmaster but have not received a response with a tracking number or confirmation that they now have my home address. The concert is scheduled for Nov 20, and I am departing on Nov 19 to Reno, NV for the show. I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance, so I am uncertain about what to do. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. If possible, receiving the tickets via email would be ideal, as that option was not presented during the ticket purchase. On 11/10/21, I attempted to purchase tickets for the Greta Van Fleet concerts in Atlantic City, NJ on April 1st and 2nd, [redacted] as part of their Dreams in Gold tour. Despite participating in the presale and trying to buy tickets right when it opened, I faced continuous issues. Whenever I attempted to buy general admission tickets, I encountered messages stating they were taken or there was a processing problem, even though tickets were supposedly still available. This resulted in missing out on better seats for both shows, securing only seats for the first night in section [redacted], row M. The struggle persisted for approximately 2 hours, during which I even skipped class. The experience left me deeply disappointed as a devoted fan. I believe Ticketmaster's technical glitches led to loyal fans losing out on tickets to other agencies. I earnestly hope for my April 1st tickets to be upgraded to better seats due to these ongoing problems. A guarantee that this situation will not reoccur, especially during the upcoming attempt to secure April 2nd general admission tickets, is essential. Overall, this experience has left me disheartened and hesitant about utilizing Ticketmaster in the future.

I noticed a ticket receipt on my friend's Ticketmaster account. Her brother-in-law helped her buy two tickets for The Rolling Stones at Allegiant Stadium on 11/6/[redacted]. The receipt showed $[redacted].24 per ticket, and I paid him $[redacted] for mine. He mentioned they weren't Ticketmaster tickets but from a third party due to a refund owed by Viagogo. This seems questionable, as Viagogo is a different seller. The seats were in section [redacted], known for being nosebleed seats. I checked the prices and they usually average $[redacted]. On July 7, [redacted], my friend, B. W., purchased 2 tickets for the For King & Country concert for my mom using her Ticketmaster account. I also bought separate tickets for myself on my Ticketmaster account. The confirmation email for my mom's tickets went to B., as the billing address was mine since I paid for them. Although the tickets were supposed to be mailed to me, I did not receive them. The concert is on November 14 at the Mayo Civic Center. The order number is 16-[redacted]/CH3. I am interested in knowing if the physical tickets can be cancelled and reissued to my mobile app under my account. I purchased paper tickets for my friends to an event, but two weeks before, the tickets were changed to electronic ones that I can only access. Despite me not attending, the company insisted I could still use the tickets. They now say I can get duplicate tickets at the box office, but only the original payer can collect them - me! I can't sell or transfer the tickets and the company is not addressing this issue or offering a refund. Today is the event, and I'm frustrated that the tickets are wasted and my friends are disappointed. I've tried several times to explain and resolve the problem, but it seems I am bearing the consequences of their mistake.

I have purchased two tickets for the River Dance afternoon performance at the Palace Theatre Manchester on Tuesday, November 16th. I have not received my tickets yet and I am concerned about their whereabouts. My Gmail address has changed since I lost my old phone, which had the Gmail address I provided to Ticketmaster at the time of booking. Additionally, the card I used for the purchase has expired. My boyfriend bought tickets for the Kingfish show at club XL in Harrisburg on November 20. He received the tickets via email at M Kevin [redacted] I tried to transfer them to his Ticketmaster account on his phone but I couldn't log in despite changing the password. I purchased tickets, including parking, for the upcoming Evanescence/Halestorm concert in Fort Worth this Saturday, November 20. The tickets were bought on May 11, [redacted] (Order #: 4-[redacted]/DAL). Despite the purchase being over 5 months ago, I have yet to receive them. I followed your website's instructions to email if there are any delays, which I did almost 2 weeks ago, with no response other than being told to email again. This time, I was informed I could pick up the tickets at Will Call, but this doesn't solve the parking situation. I am in need of both the tickets and parking pass urgently. Subject: Urgent Ticket Assistance Needed for Westlife Concert I urgently require assistance regarding ticket booking for the Westlife concert at P@Jlive Aberdeen. I was the first in line at 9:30 a.m. on the 5th of November to purchase tickets, but all the disabled seating was already taken. Despite trying for three hours, I couldn't find four seats together for my disabled daughter, myself as her carer, and her two friends. Eventually, I found scattered tickets near the front costing around £[redacted] each in block B. I need front seats for my daughter's eyesight, but I was shocked by the high price. When I contacted P@Jlive Aberdeen about the ticket booking website issue, they empathized but mentioned they couldn't alter the pricing set by Ticketmaster. They also inquired if my daughter could transfer from her wheelchair to a seat, but no solutions were offered. Due to technical problems, I missed out on securing suitable seats for my daughter. I have been trying for two days to book two tickets for the Rock Red Kettle show at the Moody Theater in Austin, TX, on December 5, [redacted], for the 7:30 show. Hello, I bought two tickets for the Journey/Pretender concert on September 5, [redacted], along with Allianz (Event Ticket Protector). The concert was cancelled, and when I contacted Ticketmaster for a refund, I was informed that it would be processed automatically. However, I never received the refund. When I followed up, Ticketmaster claimed the refund window had closed. After contacting them again, they promised replacement tickets for the next Journey concert, which I never received. I'm frustrated and disappointed with how Ticketmaster has handled this situation. I am reaching out to Ticketmaster customer service for the third time due to difficulties in processing a simple request. I recently discovered I did not receive tickets for the Playboi Carti: King Vamp Tour because they were sent to the wrong email address, [redacted] (which does not exist). I am disappointed with Ticketmaster. I usually use Ticketmaster to purchase event tickets and recommend it to others, but today I had a troubling experience. I was trying to buy presale tickets for Morgan Wallen in Bossier City on March 4th, but encountered an error during checkout when the tickets I wanted disappeared from my cart. I had all my payment information ready, but the transaction didn't go through, causing me frustration as I was looking forward to securing these tickets. I hope Ticketmaster can investigate and address this issue to prevent similar incidents in the future, especially since these tickets are in high demand.
