I recently sold a ticket on Ticketmaster with the initial sale code 26-[redacted]/WES. Ticketmaster requires two credit cards for the transaction; one for refunds (a debit card) and one for payment to the buyer in case the event is canceled (a credit card). Although the event was not canceled, I am facing issues with the credit card provided for buyer payments. Despite confirming the correctness of my credit card information in my Ticketmaster account multiple times, I keep receiving error emails regarding the credit card. Since I only see the last four digits of the credit card number, I am uncertain if there is an entry error. Attempting to delete and re-enter the card seems problematic due to potential impact on ongoing refunds. Contacting Ticketmaster Fan Support via email has been unhelpful with generic responses. The lack of phone support adds to the frustration. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and receive the refund owed to me promptly.

Subject: Ticket Delivery Issue for 2CELLOS The Dedicated Tour Hello, I recently purchased two tickets for the 2Cellos concert on 4/6/[redacted] and encountered difficulties accepting my mobile ticket transfers on my phone. Despite following the provided instructions, I am unable to access the tickets as the accept tab is greyed out. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly to ensure I have the necessary mobile tickets for the event. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I kindly request a phone call to discuss and rectify the ticket delivery problem. Best regards, Francis X. Janes

I am requesting a refund for the 6 tickets I bought to the Maroon 5 concert at the MidFlorida Amphitheater in Tampa on September 24, [redacted] (Order #33-[redacted]/FLO). The venue is now requiring vaccination proof for entry, which poses a conflict as I have a trip planned where a COVID test is mandatory. This arrangement is logistically challenging for me. Additionally, as the designated chaperone for the event, I must now seek refunds for all tickets. This vaccination requirement was not in effect when I purchased the tickets in [redacted] or when the event was rescheduled this year. If it had been disclosed earlier, I would have reconsidered my purchase or sought a refund during the appropriate period. My attempt to secure a refund via the website resulted in an automated denial response, hence my request here.

I bought tickets for multiple concerts, two of which I've already attended. However, when I logged into my Ticketmaster app last Thursday to check the start time of an upcoming concert, all my past and future events were missing from my account. This caused me to miss a Ziggy Marley concert and lose $[redacted].00 for ticket purchases and $16.60 for insurance. I've been trying to get assistance since last Thursday without success. I'm frustrated by the time wasted trying to contact customer support to resolve this issue. My name is Barbara M., and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted].

I am seeking assistance regarding my Cinderella ticket purchase. I bought four tickets for the show on Sunday, November 21, [redacted], but it got canceled. Our order number is #36-[redacted]/AUS, for seats D 34-37. We were informed to select another show date in November [redacted], but we are unable to attend then. Therefore, we are requesting a refund. We paid through PayPal, and my email address with PayPal has changed from [redacted] to [redacted] When trying to fill out the refund request form, only the right side displays, and the left side remains blank. I need guidance on how to proceed with getting a refund.

I have been trying to contact Ticketmaster to address an issue with my Korn concert tickets that were transferred to my kids. The concert was rescheduled due to Covid, and I was informed that I could receive a refund if the tickets were transferred back to me by the purchaser. On August 22, my kids transferred all three tickets back to me, and I have ample evidence of this exchange through multiple emails. Despite providing detailed information and proof of the transfer before the refund deadline, Ticketmaster continues to claim they were not transferred back. This situation has been frustrating, especially since I made efforts to contact them before the deadline with no success. I am simply seeking a refund for the tickets I purchased.

I had tickets for the Def Leppard/Mötley Crüe/Poison/Joan Jett & the Blackhearts concert in [redacted], which got canceled due to Covid-19. I chose to sell my tickets due to uncertainty about our schedule. The sale went through, and I received an email to verify two small deposit amounts for the payment. When I tried to verify, I got an error message saying the process couldn't be completed. The deposits were for $.29 and $.13 on May 28th, and the sale amount was $[redacted].80. It has been a while, but I still haven't received my funds. I can't call or chat, so I hope this message helps resolve the issue promptly. My name is Vickie Mikles, and the ticket listing number is #P24C3CD2. I appreciate any help you can provide.

We are having difficulties requesting a refund for our tickets to the Kiss concert that got rescheduled. The phone number provided leads to our account, but the link on the account redirects to a general page, and our email inquiry remains unanswered. Please assist us! Edit: Contacting them via phone is impossible, and they requested an email to which they may reply within 3 days. They eventually responded, stating we bought tickets after the initial concert postponement, which is incorrect. We had planned to attend the first show, but it was canceled the night before due to COVID. It's not feasible for us to make it to the new date, and we are not interested in complying with the new requirements. Our preference is to receive a refund for the tickets.

I bought tickets to see Harry Styles at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY on October 31, [redacted] (rescheduled to October 31, [redacted]). I purchased them on March 7, [redacted]. I have seats in Section [redacted], Row 6, seats 19 and 20. My order # is 1-[redacted]/NY7. Another order # is 6P2-RN3YL26. I didn't realize I needed to transfer the tickets to my wallet, and the email with the tickets got deleted. When I log into Ticketmaster, I can't find the tickets under my events, upcoming events, past events, my tickets, past tickets, or upcoming tickets. Is there a way to get another email with the tickets so I can transfer them to my Apple Wallet for the event?

I bought seven tickets for Monster Jam at the Staples Center for the 1pm show on 7/24. My app indicated that my tickets would be available for transfer on 7/28, after the event. I contacted Fan Support the day prior to the event regarding the ticket transfer but did not receive a response. Ticketmaster later emailed me instructing me to use the AXS link to access my tickets, which I never received. Upon arrival at the event, customer service was unable to locate the seats under my name, leading me to purchase new tickets. I was advised to contact Ticketmaster for a refund as the payment was made through them. It seems some of the seats I purchased were also sold to another customer by Ticketmaster. Despite reaching out multiple times, requesting a refund initially and receiving an automated response mentioning a potential month-long wait for refunds, I was later informed, after over a month, that refunds were no longer available due to the event passing. I have been unable to reach anyone or get a response from Ticketmaster. Event Details: Monster Jam Date: Sat, Jul 24, [redacted], 1:00 PM Location: STAPLES Center, Los Angeles, CA Seat: Sec [redacted], Row 2, Seat 16-22 Price: USD $96.00 x 7 Fees: USD $2.95 (Order Processing Fee), USD $18.24 (Service Fees) x 7 Delivery: Mobile Entry Total: USD $[redacted].63 Order #: [redacted] Order Date: Wed, Jul 14, [redacted] Customer: Laura Openshaw

I purchased two tickets for the Harry Styles concert originally planned for July 19, [redacted], but rescheduled for September 22, [redacted], held in St. Paul, Minnesota. Unfortunately, I can't access my tickets because the email addresses I used to buy them, [redacted] or [redacted], are inactive. I'd like to request a refund since we won't be able to attend the rescheduled event. My current email address is [redacted] I'm unsure how to proceed with the refund process since I don't remember which credit/debit card I used for the purchase nearly two years ago. It's been challenging dealing with Ticketmaster as I've struggled to reach a live representative despite sending multiple emails, receiving a few responses, but no resolution. I would appreciate prompt assistance with this matter.

I purchased two tickets to see James Taylor on 4/23/21. However, I received an email on 9/3/21, more than 4 months later, stating that I could not attend the concert if I wasn't vaccinated. This requirement was not in place when I bought the almost $[redacted] tickets and insurance, making the tickets worthless to me now. I contacted Ticketmaster on 9/4, but they informed me that no refund was available since it was more than 15 days after the purchase. I believe Ticketmaster engaged in deceptive practices, selling me expensive tickets and later changing the terms, prohibiting me from attending due to not being vaccinated against COVID-19 because of my pancreatic cancer. Furthermore, I am not even allowed to sell the tickets. Ticketmaster's customer service responses have been unhelpful, and I am struggling to address this issue through emails and unavailable phone support. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].50 for the tickets and $25.44 for the insurance.

I have tried reaching out to Ticketmaster through email and social media multiple times but have not received any response. My 14-year-old daughter purchased a ticket for the upcoming Harry Styles concert on September 22 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, through a family friend. During the ticket claiming process, she mistakenly used the wrong email address to create a Ticketmaster account. Now, the system is prompting her to create a new password but without access to the original email, she is unable to do so. Since Ticketmaster doesn't offer live customer support, I am seeking assistance here. We have proof of ticket ownership available. Please contact me via email at [redacted] Thank you.

I purchased 4 tickets for Jesus Christ Superstar on October 7th at 7:30pm in Seattle, WA through Ticketmaster. The order number is [redacted]. The tickets are for SEC MF2, Row GG, Seats 3-4, and SEC MF2, Row FF, Seats 3-4. I've been attempting to download the tickets for 2 hours, but my phone doesn't have enough space for the app. Could you please mail me the 4 paper tickets promptly? Kindly inform me via email about when I can expect to receive them. Thank you for your assistance. Today has been quite frustrating. I bought two tickets for the Joe Bonammassa concert at Steffel Theatre in St. Louis over six months ago when only a mask mandate was in place. Now they are demanding full vaccination and proof. This is excessive. The new rules have completely altered the event for us. We are unable to comply with these unexpected requirements. We will be requesting a refund. What steps should be taken to facilitate this? I would like to SPEAK with a representative.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding an issue I'm facing with Harry Styles tickets my father bought for my birthday through StubHub. The event is in two days, and despite receiving a confirmation email to transfer the tickets to Ticketmaster, when we tried to accept them, we got a message saying they had already been accepted by another email. I've contacted StubHub multiple times, but they keep directing me to Ticketmaster. Unfortunately, Ticketmaster hasn't responded to my online message, and I'm having trouble getting through to them by phone. While the tickets are visible on my father's StubHub account, they don't show up on his Ticketmaster account for upcoming events. Is there a solution to this before the 24th, or should we request a refund? Thank you, L.S.

I purchased tickets in Feb [redacted] to see Elton John in Barcelona. Despite the postponement, Ticketmaster failed to inform me, resulting in me missing the refund window upon realizing. I reorganized my plans for the new date, only to find out from my daughter that the concert is now postponed to October [redacted]. Despite confirming this on Ticketmaster's website, I received no notification. I've been attempting to contact them, but I can't log in as my email isn't recognized. The original confirmation and e-tickets were sent to this same email. The customer order number is [redacted], with a purchase date of 18/02/[redacted]. I have emailed them, but the reply advised reaching out to Ticketmaster fan support, which requires a login. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mrs. Maura Parkin.

My husband and I bought tickets for a Jelly Roll concert in Worcester, Massachusetts last year in [redacted]. We repeatedly called to confirm if it was canceled due to COVID, but were assured it was still happening. Despite living in Augusta, Maine, we arranged for childcare, incurring a cost of $[redacted], and drove our four children there, including expenses for gas and tolls. On the night of the concert, we arrived to find out it was canceled. After contacting the venue, we were informed it was due to COVID. They mentioned they would reimburse our expenses for mileage, gas, tolls, and tickets, but we are yet to receive anything. Can anyone assist me with this situation?
