I want to top up the data allowance on my Huawei *g device on a ONE-OFF basis, as I am currently between addresses. I do NOT want a new contract or a permanent add-on. Why is your system so difficult to navigate? The manageress at your Barnstaple branch sorted out some very competitive top-ups within minutes. By contrast, the staff at Aberystwyth seem really dozy and their system defective. I simply want to pay you some money to increase my data allowance, simple.
GetHuman-ejkimber did not yet indicate what Three Mobile should do to make this right.
