I wish to know, why I cannot access a delivery slot. For the last few years I have had, except for when on holiday, a slot each week. My husband is ** on the at risk register, and I am ** with heart problems so this means neither of us is supposed to go out. This week is my last delivery I have not been able to secure another one. We are getting rather agitated as I don’t think it safe for me to try and visit the store. I hope you can help.
