Hi **So my partner done a shop almost * weeks ago now.*She used my bank card her partner and she used it many times before also.*For some reason this time it was cancelled and not much communication as in why this has happened but a refund will be returned.*Week past and no refund and I asked my partner contact you 's several times and she did and got told the refund was not done properly but it was done now this was a shop in gorey that said this. The tesco staff member also swore on her mother's life the refund was done which I find rather rude.**Here I am * weeks nearly contacting me self as my partner is getting no where and basically ignored.**Do I need to seek legal adive In relation to this cause it's fraud you took my money and have not refunded it.**I am very disappointed in tesco and it's costumer service. **We really have being very good customers to your business over the years.
