I have a prepaid landline and ever since i received this new telephone from telkom i tried to renew my yearly service and it would not take the airtime.Instead few months nw my line us suspended.I visited the Cape Gate branch they apparently asked someone to call me back but until today no one called.I really want my landline on an wire-wire remewed.
