I tried to place an order last night November ** for a few items. Cart number ************* . The items I was trying to buy we’re on sale with the sale ending At the end of the day. I attempted to place my order but I kept getting a message that read “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.” All of my information will filled out and correct. I tried again over the next hour and a half with no luck. Thinking it might’ve been my phone acting up, I switched to my tablet and it did the same thing there. I switch to my laptop and it did the same thing there. I wasn’t able to Get into contact with support. Now instead of my items totaling to $**, The sale has ended and it’s totaled my items to $**. I have been attempting to contact the help number and live chat but I’ve been holding for over an hour and that’s just way too long. I would preferred to buy my items at the discounted price but if they cannot be adjusted I would like to know if I need to be shopping somewhere else. Thank you.
