I placed two orders today online *******. On my second order I remembered I had a gift card to use. I tried using it and it did not work. I still placed the order thinking I could call CS and they would help rectify the situation. Well this young lady was no help tonight. She said she could not do anything. She told me when I was having the problem, why didn't I call CS before placing the order??? How can a representative be so rude??? I am spending my money. And if anyone must know. I'm at a function and that's why I ordered online to be discreet as opposed to going into a store. Well I requested a Supervisor or Manager and she said she does not have one in her department??? Something is not right. That means that they can say whatever they want to customers and it's fine ??? I really thought Target Guest Services was better than that. I was going to call on Monday and speak to someone at CS or contact corporate but I decided to start here because that young lady really upset me tonight. *Thank you*Erena Woods. ***********
