Order household goods and food ... I just wanted to let you know that I have now orders from the target restock program twice.*My first experience I had ordered two boxes. One with heavy items one with crushable items. All were put in the same box. When I got it my entire order was crushed popped open just a mess. I was taken care of for that experience. Those boxes were labeled ‘this side up’ at least and was both target shipping and receivings mustake by packing * ** packs of pop with * bags of crushable items and Fedex for mishandling the package.*I just received my second order.************** Order ***** Spring St. Apt E* Somerset WI. ***** address*N*****@***.com email ****-***-**** phone **This time I did not order any thing fragile. The first box was ** pounds the second box less but since I’m disabled still heavy.*FedEx delivered the boxes on their SIDE! They were put in front of my door that way. As I gently went to tilt the ** pound box back horizontally (it was crushed in area already) the entire contents of the box dumped out and the ** pack of water busted the jug of vinegar I bought. Yes, this was Fedex that did that and they need to be spoken to. The part that Target was responsible for was the fact that neither box said anything about being fragile, it said nothing about keeping it flat like the first order did. It’s obvious that specific boxes are used for the restock program since the orders go up to such a high weight and target is saving time in shipping and recieving to not separate goods even when orders separately in multiple orders. I am very disabled and on a fixed income of SSDI. I use this program to help with getting the items to my door, when I am unable to drive and to save money. The guy last time was amazing and refunded my order. I cannot afford to rest buy damaged items and i also now don’t want to continue the order from target again at this point. I have chosen to use the restock program due to the speed of delivery. Since I am on such a low income when I get paid we need things right away since bills deplete the rest of the monthly budget. I’d appreciate if these issues could be addressed, I most certainly know I’m not the only customer this is happening to and that many just wont say anything at all.*Best Regards,*Nichole Laughter
This has been happening since the program started and is Still ongoing. Also that I do not have the income to replace any damaged items without a refund or complaining being on SSDI.
I’d like not only a sit down with FedEx to take place but also one with Targets shipping and recieving department. These issues need resolved and I know I’m not The only one this is happening to and that a lot of customers just wont say anything at all if they have an issue.*I’d also appreciate a refund on the items that were damaged due to this issue.
I regularly order from target on a monthly bases even though they do not carry some of the things we need in order to save money and due to limited income and disability issues that prevent me from driving, going to the store and carrying my items to my door. *We also get the items faster which when we order we are in need of them more quickly due to a limited budget.
I have already spoken to customer service about a previous order.
