Taco Bell at *** Springboro Pike the worst Taco Bell in the USA. The wait is normaly **mins plus mins (yes ** plus mins) and they are sure to mess up your order up.* No one in the place has cared in years.* Over the last * years that we have been going to this tacobell they have mess our order pretty everytime or you wait ** or **mins for tacobell (facts).* I have lost close to *** dollars in food you have messed up in last few years (facts).* I stopped going to this location even though its close to my house and job be we waited ** mins in drive thru few months back* yes **mins (facts).* As we were driving to the west carrollton* we noticed there wasnt any cars in drive thru so we took another shot seeing the other location is **mins away each way.* Yeah it was an epic fail.* They didnt give us the taco salad we ordered.* I called to talk to manager he agrued with me that it was my fault. Yeah turns out he wasnt the manager after i called back after he hung up on me the real manager said the person i talked to was lying and wasnt a manager .* The chick handed us the food didnt say anything just closed the window.* I should have checked the order because i knew better than them getting an order correct because that would take an act of god for them to get an order correct.* I have never complained once about all the times you messed my orders up and all the long waits but this is the final straw this location * epic failure and i will never waste my time with you again.
