I live in Mount Vernon, Kentucky, and I am a frequent customer at the Taco Bell located on [redacted] Richmond Road. Yesterday, around 8:30 pm, I parked in the lot and noticed the lobby was crowded, so I hesitated to enter immediately. After a few customers left, I saw an employee openly vaping inside with other teenagers doing the same, alongside other employees. The behavior escalated as more employees joined in, with two managers present, even joining the disruptive activities. The atmosphere filled with smoke, causing discomfort to other customers like an older couple who left upon witnessing the chaos. The disruptive behavior extended to racing vehicles in the parking lot with profanity and loud behavior. This unpleasant experience made me concerned about food preparation practices and overall customer safety. I urge for this matter to be investigated promptly, and the employees and managers involved disciplined to prevent any future incidents. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

I had a frustrating experience with a recent Taco Bell delivery order. I placed a $54 order online on Sunday evening with an estimated delivery time of 4:55-5:05 pm. When the order did not arrive by 5:20 pm, I called the store only to be told there were no delivery tickets in their system. I decided to pick up the order in person, but upon arrival, I was informed that my order had just left for delivery. Two hours after ordering, my food finally arrived, and it was disappointing. The hard tacos were soggy and inedible. This entire ordeal was mishandled, and I am requesting a refund due to the poor service and quality of the food. I am a regular customer at this Taco Bell location, but this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope to receive a refund for this order. Thank you.

I purchased a taco with extra beef. Unfortunately, upon my first bite, the meat tasted odd. Then, while chewing, I discovered something hard and foreign in the beef. This continued with subsequent bites. I have saved a piece of this foreign material and some of the taco. I kindly request Taco Bell to inspect the foreign object and provide a response from your customer service department regarding what I found in my food. I have been a loyal customer for 45 years, but I am now uncertain about continuing to patronize your establishment. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you. E.M.

On November 8, [redacted], at 12:11, I ordered the $5 Double Chalupa Box, specifying meat, cheese, and sour cream only due to my tomato allergy. Unfortunately, when I got home and bit into it, there were tomatoes. After returning twice to correct the order, the staff still got it wrong. The manager attempted to fix it by removing the unwanted ingredients, but the problem persisted. The manager seemed dismissive of the inconveniences I faced and made no apologies or gestures to make up for the errors. As a result, I had to take Benadryl due to my allergic reaction. Additionally, the cheese for the nachos was cold, and the beef was unsatisfactory. This occurred at the location on [redacted] Bessemer Rd, Birmingham, AL [redacted].

My recent experience at the location on [redacted] E Thomas Road in Scottsdale was disappointing. Store number [redacted].
Upon returning to my Airbnb with my family, I noticed that the burrito Supreme for $3.69 was actually smaller than the bean and cheese burritos I purchased (2 for $3.18).
When I called the store and requested to speak with the manager, she hesitated to provide her name stating, "what do you need my name for?" After expressing my intention to contact the corporate office if she refused to share her name, she abruptly hung up on me.
This encounter displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have visual evidence showcasing the stark difference in size between the burritos. The burrito Supreme was notably tiny and lacked adequate quantities of ingredients like tomatoes and sour cream.
My visit occurred at 9:06 pm on Thursday, November 7th. I urge the management to address this concerning behavior and lack of customer care. A refund for the disappointing burrito Supreme would be appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a terrible experience at the Taco Bell on Admiral. When I tried to modify my order at the drive-thru, the employee, Jennifer, seemed irritated. She insisted I needed to drive around again to change my order instead of accommodating me at the window. She mentioned a 4-minute timer and said she would be fired if she took longer. I was upset by the lack of customer service and the focus on a timer over serving the customers. Eventually, I took my business elsewhere. I hope the staff receives better training in handling customer requests. This experience was frustrating, but we found better service at the Taco Bell near TU with a shout out to Kat.

I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell on Hampton Avenue in St Louis. My orders were consistently incorrect, and despite raising the issue, no improvement was made in the service. I will not be returning to this location and may even avoid Taco Bell altogether if similar experiences occur. Coming from a former employee, I expected the management and staff to offer apologies or compensation for the mistakes. When orders are wrong, it's a waste of money as the food goes uneaten. I am prepared to provide receipt details to support my feedback. If needed, please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Thank you, Brittni B.

As frequent customers of Taco Bell, my family and I have encountered multiple disappointing experiences at the Taco Bell on Pyramid Way in Spanish Springs, Nevada ([redacted] Pyramid Hwy Spanish Springs NV [redacted]). The management issues at this location have caused significant problems such as the dining room being closed, excessively long wait times in the drive-thru, and extended delays in receiving food orders. Similar complaints can be found on Yelp, reflecting the poor service at this store.
During a visit in August [redacted], we experienced a 30-minute wait in the drive-thru, incorrect orders, cold food, and rudeness from the staff. On November 9th, [redacted], after placing an online order for pickup at the Spanish Springs location, we faced another 30-minute wait and encountered unprofessional behavior from the employees. The lack of proper management was evident, with employees playing around instead of serving customers efficiently.
Due to these recurring issues, my family has decided to no longer patronize this location. We urge the franchise to address the ongoing problems and improve the service quality at this Taco Bell store.

As a senior in college, I often work third shift, making me a prime customer for your establishment. While I don't typically eat at Taco Bell regularly, I have a long-standing love for it and often treat myself after particularly tough days at work. Unfortunately, my recent experience was not up to par. I ordered a #3 (3 supreme tacos) along with a side of nacho cheese, but the service left much to be desired. Despite being the only car in line, I had to wait 15 minutes at the drive-thru window. To my disappointment, the nacho cheese had barely any cheese in it, and the tacos were lacking toppings like sour cream and tomatoes that I paid extra for. As a former restaurant worker, I understand the importance of attention to detail in food preparation. I hope that the staff can pay more attention to getting orders right, especially those with additional charges. These small efforts can turn a simple meal into a rewarding experience. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback and for all your hard work in handling customer complaints. Keep up the good work!

Today pushed me to my breaking point. I work in Elwood, Indiana, near a Taco Bell where I often go for lunch. Though they've messed up my orders before, today was the last straw. My wife and I ordered a Party Pack and a few mild sauce packs, but when we checked the order, they gave us an excessive amount of sauce. It was clear they weren’t taking their job seriously. It's frustrating to see employees not prioritizing customer service. This experience made me realize the need to address the ongoing issues at this Taco Bell. I'm unsure what a suitable resolution would be, but I believe changes need to happen at the store or management level. While I usually enjoy Taco Bell and visit frequently, this incident has highlighted the need for improvement.

Dear Taco Bell,
I recently placed an order through DoorDash and customized my items by adding shredded chicken to my xl grilled stuft burrito along with creamy jalapeño sauce and Chipotle sauce. Unfortunately, my order did not come as requested - the burrito contained regular chicken and lacked the additional sauces. Additionally, my cheesy gordita crunch did not have the doritos taco shell or extra sauce I had paid for.
This recurring issue at the Taco Bell location on [redacted] Farmers Ln, Santa Rosa, CA [redacted] is disappointing, especially considering my order totaled over $20. I truly enjoy Taco Bell, but the frequent errors in my orders are making it difficult for me to continue dining there.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
A concerned customer

I am a big fan of Taco Bell, but I recently had a frustrating experience. I was charged twice for the same order, totaling $18.24, and the store staff were unhelpful and rude, blaming the issue on the phone app and refusing to assist. Even though I explained that the order should have been paid through the app already, they insisted I pay again. It was disappointing since I love their food and usually have a great experience.

I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell recently. When I tried to address my concerns with Travis, he was dismissive and seemed unwilling to disclose his position. I specifically asked for the General Manager, but he unhelpfully told me I could speak to his boss, the Area Manager Frank. Travis's attitude was unprofessional, as he sarcastically reported my call to Frank. When I finally spoke to Frank about the cold food I received in the drive-thru, his response was rude and defensive, attributing the poor service to staffing issues. Despite my genuine concern, Frank's lack of empathy was evident, and when I mentioned escalating the issue, he cavalierly dismissed me. This interaction has led me to reconsider my patronage of Taco Bell due to the disrespectful service and the cold quality of the food I received just minutes from the store.

My recent visit to Taco Bell was the worst experience I've ever had. I waited over five minutes before anyone attended to me at the counter. The staff member who took my order did so while wearing gloves, then returned to handling food without changing them. Two other customers left without ordering due to the lack of service.
When I received my food, it was prepared incorrectly, even though I requested it "fresco style." The staff member remaking it seemed annoyed and even had to ask what "fresco" meant. No one offered an apology or even a smile. Another customer and his daughter also experienced long wait times and poor service. To top it off, my burritos were skimpy with old and rotten ingredients. The overall customer service and food quality have drastically declined. My receipt showed a name, Chelsea C, but with three different unhelpful staff members assisting me, it hardly mattered. This visit was a complete disappointment.

Hello. I recently visited the [redacted] store and interacted with cashier Candice V. My order number was [redacted], placed on November 11, [redacted]. I ordered 2 3-layer nachos, specifying that one should be regular and the other with just cheese on top. Despite this, I was charged for 2 additional beefs at $1.20 each. Although I confirmed the cheese-only nacho at the window, I received both with only cheese. Despite my request for a refund, I did not receive it. I want to share my disappointing experience with the service provided by the employee at Taco Bell. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I visited your store in Portland, Oregon located at [redacted] SE Powell Blvd, on November 11th, [redacted], at 5:45 pm, order number [redacted]. I requested a taco supreme and a burrito supreme without tomato due to an allergy, but my order was prepared incorrectly with tomatoes. Despite notifying the staff, no action was taken, and I even encountered rudeness when trying to resolve the issue over the phone. The store was busy, yet some employees were not assisting customers and one employee, in particular, was disrespectful to a patron named Baja. I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly.

1st of 2 comments:
I regularly have lunch at the Taco Bell on Minstrel Way in Columbia, MD. Typically, it's a positive experience. I order 2 Bean Burritos without onion, a Nachos Bell Grande, and a pink lemonade every day. Unfortunately, twice my burritos contained raw onion, triggering my allergy. This is unacceptable and I'm frustrated with receiving incorrect orders and wasting money. The Nachos Bell Grande portions are often lacking compared to other Taco Bell locations I visit in Maryland. I hope the Minstrel Way location improves its service as I rely on Taco Bell for my main meal each day.
2nd Comment:
I want to praise the Taco Bell in Elkton, Maryland, which is half KFC and half Taco Bell. This location is the best Taco Bell in Maryland in my opinion, with friendly service, generous portions, and always getting the order right. The Nachos Bell Grande is consistently well-made with plenty of toppings. The lady at the drive-thru during lunchtime is exceptionally sweet and polite, making every visit a joy. I always have a great experience and rate this Taco Bell a 10 out of 10!
Thank you,
Ken Wolfson

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my daughter and I had at your Taco Bell store located at [redacted] W Broadway Ave, Louisville, KY [redacted] on 11/13/[redacted] around 5:38pm. My daughter, who has IBS, needed to use the restroom but found it locked upon arrival. When she asked for access, the employee at the counter rudely stated that she needed to spend at least $10 and made discriminatory remarks that left her feeling unwelcome. This type of behavior is unacceptable and goes against the values of equality and respect that we uphold. The lack of uniform and name tags further added to the unprofessionalism we encountered. Unfortunately, without a name, I am unable to provide specific details of the employee.
Such treatment of customers is distressing and has deterred us from ever returning to your establishment. It is important for businesses to foster inclusive environments and provide exceptional customer service. I hope that this feedback will prompt necessary changes to avoid similar situations in the future.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Donna Hannon

As a new manager at Taco Bell, I find myself driving around [redacted] miles each day for training until our store is ready. I am seeking clarification on the gas reimbursement policy in Arkansas. I have encountered difficulty in getting corporate support in my area and have faced unhelpful responses when trying to address this issue. Despite agreeing to the driving initially, during my interview, I was promised assistance with gas expenses. Now, weeks later, I am feeling frustrated by the lack of support and understanding. As a single parent of two, it is financially challenging for me to cover these expenses on my own. I hope to receive a clear explanation on this matter.

On Saturday, November 14 at 2pm, our group of 20 visited the location at [redacted] W Blueridge Dr, Greenville, SC [redacted]. I had previously called on Thursday to inform them of our arrival. Upon our arrival, despite only one other party of 4 present, we were told it would be a 20-minute wait before our order could be taken. Despite requesting a mix of beef and chicken in our order, we received only beef. We then ordered an additional 12-pack of chicken, spending over $[redacted]. Unfortunately, an employee named Lisa Goshell loudly suggested to my daughter that we should have gone somewhere else when we entered. This treatment is not reflective of good customer service, especially considering the amount we spent as customers.
