Whenever I order food, I always get a side of refried beans. Today, I received a cup full of beans in what the restaurant called a potato cup, instead of the usual size container. In the past, the refried beans I got were dry and inedible. I have tried various Taco Bell locations nearby, all serving beans in the same type of cup. I am frustrated by this recent experience where the staff spoke to me rudely. I hope this is not indicative of Taco Bell's standard customer service.

Tonight, I made a mobile order at Taco Bell in Oakwood, GA, but upon arrival, they claimed they had no record of it. After 20 minutes of showing them my email receipt to prove I had placed the order correctly and already paid, I was given the wrong order. Despite feeling treated unfairly and being given the wrong items, I will not be returning to this Taco Bell. I plan to share my negative experience on social media platforms. If you visit their Facebook page, you'll see how poorly this location has been managed for years.

I had a short stint at Taco Bell, completing only 2 shifts totaling 9 hours. As I found the experience uncomfortable and overwhelming, I decided to resign. I left my contact details on the resignation letter, specifying my emotional strain prevented me from finishing the remaining shifts. Surprisingly, I did not receive any communication regarding my resignation or the unpaid 9 hours. Being a university student, the lack of payment has severely impacted me financially, forcing me into my overdraft. I am concerned about potential contract breaches and seek assistance on the matter.

I visited the Taco Bell on Towsen Avenue in Ft. Smith around 7:45 PM. After waiting in line due to a drive-thru computer issue, I finally placed an order at 8:14 PM. Unfortunately, when my wife got home, she discovered half of her burrito was missing ingredients and most of her nachos were bare. Upset, I called the store to speak with a manager but was left on hold for 35 minutes listening to employees loudly laughing and cursing. I never reached the manager. After attempting to call back, I only got a busy signal. It's now 9:52 PM, and I am still unable to get through. I am requesting a replacement meal for my wife or a free meal voucher. The lack of respect and unprofessional behavior from the staff is concerning, and the service needs improvement.

I placed my food order late at night, around 2:30, at the Taco Bell located at 11th and Chestnut in Philly. I ordered before the closing time. Unfortunately, at 12:55, they informed me that they were no longer making mobile orders due to queue issues. I left without receiving my order and wasn't even offered a refill. Adding to the disappointment, I got a message saying my food was ready for pickup just 7 minutes after I had left. I am seeking a refund for my order, but this experience has left me feeling discouraged. Despite enjoying Taco Bell, the lack of care from the employees makes me hesitant to return. While I understand it was busy and some customers were unruly, it shouldn't impact everyone else. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration seriously.

My name is Daniel Hernandez, and on 10/21/[redacted] at 1:28 pm, my family and I visited your restaurant at [redacted] S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL [redacted]. We ordered 4 double chalupa boxes priced at $5 each. To our disappointment, they were served on a tray without the required boxes containing the code for a chance to win an Xbox One with platinum edition. This isn't the first time this has occurred; I had a similar experience at another location on 10/28/[redacted]. When I inquired about the codes, the cashier was unaware of them. It's disheartening to miss out on 4 chances to win the Xbox One x giveaway. While winning may be slim, the principle of the matter is important. I hope for a resolution to this issue as a loyal customer. I look forward to hearing back from your establishment regarding this matter. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Daniel H. On 10/21/[redacted] at 1:28 pm, my family and I visited your restaurant located at [redacted] S Dixie Hwy, Miami FL [redacted]. We ordered 4 double chalupa boxes for $5 each and realized they were served without the special code box for a chance to win an Xbox One with the platinum edition. This has happened before on 10/28/[redacted] at another location. When I inquired about the codes, the cashier was unaware. I’m concerned about whether employees are intentionally omitting the boxes. As a customer, losing 4 chances to win is disappointing. I believe employees should be informed about the contest and its rules. It would be great if the issue could be addressed to ensure a fair experience for all customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. My email address is [redacted]

I've been to the Wesley Chapel Taco Bell 4 or 5 times recently. Each time I ordered, but my taco salads were not prepared as I requested. After multiple trips back, the salads were still not right. I asked for one with no meat and extra beans, and the other with meat and no beans, but they didn't get it right. It's frustrating to keep having to go back and still not get the correct order. I hope someone from corporate can look into this issue. It's disappointing to have these repeated mistakes and inconveniences. Thank you.

I am pleased to report that I have only positive feedback to share. I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with the Erie Blvd. Restaurant in DeWitt, Syracuse NY, as it truly stands out as the finest establishment. The cleanliness and hospitality found there are unmatched in my experience. Jerry, who I believe might be the manager, is exceptional. However, the true gem of the team is Mimi, who handles the orders at the register. She not only recognizes us but also many other patrons by name, offering a warm welcome to all who walk through the doors. In a world where complaints often overshadow compliments, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the excellence of your restaurant and staff, particularly Mimi and Jerry. Thank you for your attention.

My spouse and I frequently dine at Taco Bell three times a week. We usually visit the branch on 82nd and University in Lubbock, TX, and it's been fine, except for the last three visits. The first time, the staff was extremely rude when taking our order. Despite the poor experience, we decided to return the next day. I requested a drink substitution due to being pregnant, but the employee was unkind and made a scene in front of the kitchen staff. Upon arriving home, we discovered my husband's two ordered burritos were missing. Tonight, we went back to address the missing items, and the employee was angry and unhelpful. The attitude and mistakes have left me disheartened, and I'm unsure if I want to return after experiencing three consecutive days of rude service and incorrect orders.

Today, my wife and I visited the local Taco Bell just 8 miles away to claim our free taco. When we both tried to redeem the offer due to Mookie Betts stealing a base during the World Series, the server mentioned that her boss instructed that only one free taco could be given per customer. Despite explaining that we were two customers, we were still denied. This restriction surprised us, and it seemed unreasonable to limit it to only one taco per family. We were frustrated but the server remained polite and apologetic. I hesitated to escalate the issue to the manager due to the line behind us, but I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the situation. The TV advertising had promoted the free taco offer for everyone, so this encounter left us puzzled about the discrepancy.

I visited the Taco Bell drive-thru in Euclid, Ohio on Euclid Avenue. I ordered a bean burrito box and two pintos and cheese, but the beans in my pintos and cheese were dry and cold, and there was no red sauce. When I tried to call the store, the phone sounded like a fax machine. I want a refund or my food remade. Unfortunately, I didn't get a receipt. It was around 7:15 PM on a Friday. Please contact me. My name is Tiffany, email is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. Thank you.

Today, a friend shared about free tacos for the World Series. Intrigued, I downloaded the app to claim the offer. Unfortunately, at checkout, the app got stuck on selecting the location despite several attempts both on and off Wifi. Frustrated, I uninstalled the app and opted for McDonald's instead, where their Android app functioned seamlessly. While Taco Bell had a creative marketing idea, the app's malfunction left me dissatisfied. It's puzzling why other fast-food chains like Chipotle, Burger King, and Wendy's have functional apps while Taco Bell struggles with theirs. Additionally, I encountered issues with Taco Bell's website contact form, raising doubts about its functionality.

I recently visited the Taco Bell in South Williamson, KY, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a 12-pack of tacos with specific instructions, but my order was not prepared correctly. I received 10 tacos instead of 12, and they did not match my requested specifications. The steak quesadillas I ordered were also missing some ingredients. Despite repeating my order multiple times, it was still incorrect and incomplete. Additionally, I was overcharged for the items compared to what I calculated using the app. My children who are currently ill were looking forward to this meal, but they were unable to enjoy it due to the issues with the order. I felt dissatisfied with the service I received, especially when inquiring about the extra charges for the Doritos tacos. The staff's response was not helpful or accommodating. Overall, this experience left me feeling let down, and we ended up giving most of the food away.

Hello T Bell Team,
I made my first mobile order on October 8th at my favorite store. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident on my way to pick it up, which is why I missed out on getting my order. I know it's been almost a month, but I forgot to reach out earlier because I was focused on getting my car fixed. I recently received an email for a free Doritos Locos Taco and realized I never picked up my previous order. I would appreciate it if I could either get a refund or have my order remade. As a financially struggling student, every penny counts for me.
I am a fan of the store in front of Best Buy on the Rock Rd and appreciate all that your company does.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
Best,
Brendan.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at Taco Bell located at [redacted] E. Valley Pkwy in Escondido, CA. On 11/1/[redacted], I received an order (#[redacted]) with a Large drink that was not filled correctly. Despite contacting the employee Lora and being promised a replacement drink and a menu item, I faced further issues on 11/2/18 at the drive-thru when the staff was uncooperative. Miriana Morales, the manager, displayed a negative attitude, failed to address my concerns, and offered me only two tacos instead of the promised menu item. I found this treatment unreasonable and unacceptable. I am requesting a refund for my order due to the poor customer service provided by Miriana Morales. I would appreciate guidance on resolving this matter effectively. Thank you.

Last night, I visited the Taco Bell on Jacksrun Road in White Oak, PA [redacted], arriving at 11:40 p.m., right before their supposed closing time of 12:00 a.m. Ending up in a line with 5 cars, the service was exceptionally slow. What disappointed me further was being trapped in the drive-through lane with no way to exit once committed. The car in front of me reached the speaker at 11:54 p.m., only to be turned away as the kitchen was closed. Advocating for myself after a 20-minute wait, I was still denied service before the official closing time. The employee initially claimed the kitchen closure, but after my protest, they consulted the manager and eventually served me. This recurring issue, along with past negative encounters, has left me profoundly dissatisfied with this particular Taco Bell location.

Hello. I usually order from Taco Bell through the app and always double-check the location to ensure it's correct. I have the one that's 0.1 miles from my place favorited and verify the location each time, considering the numerous Taco Bell outlets. Today, while processing my order, it somehow reset and selected the wrong Taco Bell, which is over a mile away. My brother faced the same issue last weekend, but I didn't take any action then. However, this incident frustrated me as I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes only to find out they had no record of my order. I had to reorder, resulting in being charged for two meals, which was unnecessary. While I enjoy Taco Bell and using the mobile app, it's frustrating that the location changes between clicking submit and confirming the order.

I encountered two issues at the Taco Bell/KFC at [redacted] N. Broad St, Phila, PA [redacted]. Firstly, on 11/02/18 at the drive-thru, I requested a T-15 (Taco Bowl Salad) and was abruptly informed twice that they do not sell it, although it's still on the menu. The staff member was impolite during this interaction. Secondly, on 11/04/[redacted] between 5:30pm and 06:00pm, my son purchased a $5 Double Chalupa Box that was significantly underfilled compared to what I have experienced at other locations. I have photographic evidence of the sparse contents, which were supposed to include beef, lettuce, tomato, etc. This location used to offer quality food, and the recent experiences have left me very disappointed, particularly with some of the employees' behavior. It would be greatly appreciated if this could be addressed, as I suspect others may have similar complaints. Thank you.

I visited your Savannah, GA Victory Drive location at 1:10 am. Although they were unable to fry anything, it was not an issue for us. However, while I was ordering at the drive-thru, the staff member was speaking to another customer at the same time, causing confusion. The man taking my order made mistakes because he was distracted, and when I tried to correct it, he was extremely rude. This was a new level of customer service I have never experienced at a fast-food restaurant. This incident was disappointing, especially since we have been let down by the food quality on previous visits. Unfortunately, due to the poor service, we left without any food. It is crucial to address the unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by this employee to prevent the loss of more customers.
