I visited Taco Bell in San Carlos on September 23rd. The main entrance was locked, but people inside opened it for us. There was a long line inside, and the staff didn't seem to be in uniform. We ordered 8 regular tacos, a combo meal, and 2 drinks, but the order was processed incorrectly as 3 combos and 3 drinks. When I tried to correct the order, the attendant disappeared. After waiting for over 20 minutes, we received cold food amidst a chaotic atmosphere with honking cars at the drive-thru. The restaurant was dirty with food and trash on the floor, overflowing garbage cans, and unfriendly staff. It was a disappointing experience and a waste of money.

I visited the Taco Bell drive-thru on State Line Ave in Texarkana, Texas. I ordered 2 Beef Chalupas without tomatoes but with Baja Sauce and a Large Mt. Dew. Upon returning to work and opening my order, both chalupas had no meat and were filled with tomatoes. Disappointed, I called the store to address the issue, but the lady hung up on me twice. On the third call, she rudely told me to stop calling and used inappropriate language. I was shocked by the treatment. This is not the first problem I've encountered at this location, and after this incident, I will not be returning to any Taco Bell. It is unacceptable to mistreat paying customers, and I will not support a company that condones such behavior.

In the last one to two years, the Taco Bell located at [redacted] Conant St in Maumee, OH, has consistently been slow in fulfilling orders, both in the dining room and the drive-thru. The dining area often lacks utensils and napkins, while behind the counter, wrappers and dropped food can be found on the floor. The lobby has been closed multiple times, leaving only a lengthy drive-thru line as an option. Recently, they informed me they were only accepting cards due to a shortage of change. Despite ordering, I received the wrong food and drink, and not even a single napkin. As a previous frequent customer, I now only visit Taco Bell once a month when I particularly crave it. The service at this store has become unacceptable, and I have decided not to return.

I visited the Taco Bell on 60th Avenue in Commerce City around 6:20 PM. Upon my arrival, no one was at the counter, and an older woman with tightly curly hair informed me that it would take 15-20 minutes before they could take my order. I questioned her since I was the only customer nearby, but she mentioned there were others ahead of me. Despite the empty lobby except for one table eating, she insisted people were waiting. After she called a younger Hispanic woman who seemed to be a manager, I inquired about the delay since there were no other visible customers. The manager vaguely explained that it was just the way it was. Despite my simple order of a taco and tostada, their unhelpful attitude persisted, leading me to feel unwelcome and refused service. I left after pointing out their lack of customer service, ensuring to photograph the empty counter and minimal drive-through traffic for evidence. The initial greeting lacked any warmth or apology, making the encounter extremely unpleasant.

I started working at the Taco Bell/KFC on 780W Main St, KY recently, and I did a total of 24 hours. However, the manager, Will, has not added my hours to the payroll even after 2 and a half weeks. I am requesting that my hours be paid or for action to be taken against the manager. Additionally, there needs to be random drug testing for all the employees in the establishment. The work environment is chaotic, with no proper training provided, leading to a lack of knowledge among the staff. Due to these reasons, I left my shift abruptly. I am eager to receive my payment promptly on my paycard.

I spoke with an employee about my order after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, she forgot half of it and was dismissive. When I called the store later, the manager, Nick, seemed indifferent and mentioned several other complaints about her. When I requested to speak to his superior, he transferred me to Ashley, who was unhelpful and hung up on me. This experience has been frustrating, and I am struggling to find a way to contact Nick's boss to address this issue properly. As someone who manages employees and deals with customers regularly, I find this level of service unacceptable.

Hello, I'm Michael Sommer from Springfield, MO. This morning around 7 am, I visited your store on National close to Battlefield. Despite there being no one in line, I overlooked stopping at the order box by mistake. At the drive-thru window, a young man greeted me. I explained I wanted 2 sausage, egg, and cheese burritos. I became frustrated when he asked me to go back to the order box. Although the drive-thru was empty, the young man insisted I follow the proper procedure. This experience has left me disappointed with Taco Bell, and I may reconsider returning in the near future. Thank you. Michael Sommer

On Friday, October 12, [redacted], I visited Taco Bell at [redacted] p.m. with the intention of ordering the Beefy Crunch Burrito duo for $2.00, as indicated on the Taco Bell app. However, upon arrival at the drive-thru, I was informed that I needed to place the order first. After ordering two burritos on the app for $4.28 and realizing I forgot to request no sour cream, I canceled the order and placed a new one. Surprisingly, the total increased to $7.11. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the amount showed as $7.32. Unfortunately, it took approximately 30 minutes to receive my order, which turned out to have watered-down drinks and cold burritos. This delay caused me to leave Taco Bell at 11 p.m. I'm hoping for a solution to this issue.

My name is Jae, and I recently visited Taco Bell in Richmond, Texas at store number [redacted], located at [redacted] Fm [redacted]. I visited on Monday, 10/15 at 7:42 pm and used the drive-thru. I ordered a #2 XXL Chicken Burrito combo, Nacho Supreme, and Cinnamon Twists. The employee, Tymarae M., was very rude. Despite my requests for specific burrito toppings, he spoke over me and displayed a bad attitude. At the window, instead of handing me my card, he tossed it into my bag with my food, which was unsanitary. Upon checking my order, I found a hair in my burrito. I returned to the store to address the situation with the manager, whose name I do not know, but unfortunately, the matter was not handled well. I am disappointed and would appreciate a call or email regarding this incident. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]

I recently visited the location and ordered the Chalupa Box, specifying that I needed beans instead of beef due to my religious beliefs. I confirmed this twice with manager Carlos. However, upon returning to work and eating my meal, I discovered it contained beef. Consuming beef goes against my beliefs and has caused distress. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue with manager Carlos, he was unhelpful and did not provide any compensation. Despite his insistence that it was a mistake, I have evidence (photo & receipt) to prove otherwise. This incident not only wasted my time and money, but it also impacted my health as I became ill and had to take time off work.

I made a purchase and everything went smoothly, except I realized I didn't receive a receipt in my bag. When I returned to request one for work reimbursement, the manager and employee denied my request and falsely claimed the only worker was the manager. They refused to provide me with a receipt, despite me still having the food in my car. It's surprising and frustrating that they would lie so blatantly and illogically, and I simply wanted my receipt. It should be easy to verify with time records who served me at the drive-thru. I would appreciate an explanation for their actions; otherwise, I will consider sharing my experience on social media. Thank you.

My recent visit to Taco Bell at [redacted] Mall Boulevard in Savannah, Georgia, was extremely disappointing. The Baja Blast Mountain Dew was like carbonated water, and my chicken quesarito and quesadilla were lacking chicken and mostly just cheese and sour cream, making it the soggiest meal I've ever received. This experience at Taco Bell [redacted] was a waste of time and money. I had to throw away my entire meal, which was very inconvenient and ruined my plans for the day. Other Taco Bell locations have provided a different experience, so this specific one consistently disappoints. I hope they can improve their food quality and service to avoid such issues in the future.

My recent experience at the Taco Bell in Speedway, Indiana on [redacted] Crawfordsville Rd was incredibly disappointing. After ordering a #3 with 3 taco supremes, I realized there was no sour cream on my order. When I politely brought this to the attention of a Hispanic woman who prepared the food, her response was defensive and disrespectful. Despite my request for a remake, her attitude was unprofessional and confrontational. She declined to provide me with her name, ultimately refunding my money in a rude manner. Her behavior, including calling me offensive names, was completely uncalled for. I am shocked and deeply dissatisfied with the treatment I received and will not be returning to Taco Bell in the future due to this unacceptable conduct.

While at the drive-thru, I noticed the ad for the $5 double chalupa box offering a chance to win a platinum Xbox One X. After getting home, I texted my code but received a reply saying it was invalid or already used. I checked the code multiple times, and it was correct. It seems like the staff may have misused the code. I'm disappointed as winning was a big reason for my purchase. This happened at the Taco Bell in Westland, Michigan on Wayne Road. I hope to get assistance or a new valid code. Thank you.

I was approached by a manager who claimed I left a lighter and a bottle of water in the restroom, which I do not recall. I feel it is unfair that this affected my inspection points, as it seems no different than forgetting other personal items. I was taken aback when the manager openly confronted me and my wife in front of other customers while we were ordering. When my wife questioned how they knew I made the mess, their response was that they checked the restroom as soon as I left. My wife rightly pointed out that they could not know if the items were already there before I entered. This is the second manager at this location we've had to file a complaint against, which is disappointing.

Last Thursday at 9:20 PM, I visited Taco Bell. I asked Victoria if I could add both hard and soft shell tacos to the Taco Party Pack. She agreed, but mentioned an extra charge for the soft shells. Confused, I saw on the menu that I could choose any combination for the party pack. When I questioned Victoria, she explained it was a corporate charge. Disappointed, I asked to speak to a manager, Kevin, who also referred to it as a corporate charge. Feeling frustrated, I noticed the price difference between soft and hard shells doesn't match the charge I received. Feeling misled and unsatisfied with their responses, I took photos of the menu board and kept my receipt. I have been a long-time customer but this experience has left me unhappy. I would appreciate it if Taco Bell could address this matter. Thank you for your attention. Mike Rakos

During my recent visit to Taco Bell, I requested my tacos without cheese, yet once again they were served with cheese. This recurring error has become frustrating as I am unable to consume cheese. I have documented this mistake with a picture of the cheese-filled tacos and my receipt indicating the correct order. Despite being a frequent customer of Taco Bell, experiencing this issue at least half of the time is disappointing. I cannot enjoy the tacos I paid for due to this ongoing mistake. I kindly request reimbursement in the form of a gift card so I can have a positive dining experience in the future. If needed, I am willing to share the photos as proof of my order request.

I had a disappointing experience at the Taco Bell in Marshalltown, IA tonight for a few reasons: 1) The drive-through was poorly lit after sunset, making it hard to see the menu. 2) The menu is overcrowded with small print, making it difficult to read especially with KFC dominating the space. 3) The service was incredibly slow, with about a 30-minute wait and missing sauce in my order. 4) The quality of some of the nacho chips was subpar. I suggest Taco Bell reviews its menu, improves visibility in the drive-through, speeds up service, ensures orders are complete, and focuses on food quality to better compete with other fast-food options like Taco John's and KFC. Thank you for your attention to these concerns. -Linae B. Marshalltown, IA 50[redacted]

I visited the restaurant between 11:00 pm and 11:30 pm. Every time I visit, the customer service is terrible. The food I received was poorly made, and the staff member didn't provide me a receipt. The employees seemed disinterested in being there. I ordered the Crunchwrap box, and it was a mess - everything fell apart, making it challenging to eat. The tacos were also soggy. I'm frustrated that my orders always get mixed up, the staff have bad attitudes, and they don't assemble my food properly. Corporate needs to address these issues. It's disappointing and unacceptable. My name is Karen Ancheta, and my contact number is #[redacted].

I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell [redacted] in Portland, OR last night. I placed a mobile order for a Chalupa Supreme and custom Fiesta Potatoes. When I received my order at the drive-thru, I realized there was no fork for the Fiesta Potatoes. As I began to eat the Chalupa, I discovered that it had no cheese inside, only beans, lettuce, and a small amount of Pico. When I asked for cheese, they handed me cold shredded cheese without any apology or offer to remake the order correctly. Furthermore, the Fiesta Potatoes didn't have the extra Pico I paid for, and they were loaded with sour cream despite my request for light sour cream. I was deeply disappointed by the poor customer service and the incorrect orders. I hope for a resolution to this issue and would like to share the photos I took as evidence. Thank you for your attention. - Jenna
