On Saturday, November 14th at 2 pm, my group of around 20 people visited your Greenville, SC location at [redacted] Blueridge Dr. Upon arrival, we were informed that it would be a 20-minute wait to place our order. Despite only a family of 4 present in the dining area initially, we waited. We ordered 3 variety packs with half beef and half chicken, along with drinks, but were only served all beef tacos after a 30-minute wait. Additionally, we requested another variety pack with only chicken. Despite spending over $[redacted] at the restaurant, the employee, Lisa Goshell, made a loud comment suggesting we should have gone elsewhere when we arrived. This treatment of customers is unacceptable.

I visited Taco Bell tonight to pick up dinner for my family. I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes just to reach the speaker, where I was asked to wait again. After another 10 minutes, I finally ordered but had to wait for my total for another 7 minutes. Upon pulling up to the window, I waited another 10 minutes for my food. When I got home, I had to make something else for my child because her mini quesadilla had only 2 small chicken slivers, no cheese, and no chipotle sauce. Having worked at Taco Bell for nearly 3 years, I know how things should be done, and what my child got was not right. I rarely complain about fast food, but I'm extremely upset. I doubt I'll return to this Taco Bell anytime soon.

I received a bean burrito that exploded and looked like a mess. Despite the appearance, I could still eat it with a fork. I visited the drive-thru because my dog is missing and needed a quick meal. Besides the burrito mishap, I purchased 2 of the $5 boxes at Taco Bell to enter codes for a chance to win an Xbox. The promotion was advertised at the store, and I confirmed it was still ongoing. However, I did not receive any codes with my purchase, which was disappointing as today is the last day of the event. I've bought multiple boxes while trying to win the Xbox after selling my Xbox One X to rescue a dog from the shelter. Unfortunately, he escaped, and I'm focusing on finding him. Though I accidentally spilled the soda from my order, it's not the main issue. I just wanted the codes to participate. Any assistance would be appreciated, but I understand if it's too late for the codes. Thank you for your attention.

I purchased my food, pulled up to the window, and paid Alyssa C. While waiting for my order, I observed a male employee engaging in casual behavior with 2 female coworkers, wearing gloves, and then using those same gloves to handle my food. When I inquired about the male employee's name, a female staff member refused to provide it. Requesting the manager, the same male employee I was concerned about confronted me and gave me attitude when I asked for his name. I noticed no name tags on any employee, and the manager, the same male employee, made me uneasy with his intimidating demeanor. Feeling uncomfortable with his behavior and fearing for my daughter's safety, I had to leave without the food I had paid for. I am distressed about the unsanitary handling of my food and the threatening attitude I encountered. Consequently, I had to discard the food I purchased because of the handling concerns caused by the male employee wearing gloves.

I placed an online order and, upon arriving at the pickup location, was told that my order had been mistakenly given to another customer. They couldn't remake the order due to a lack of beef. I asked for a refund to my card but found no option on their website for refunds after pickup. I then spent over 2 hours with the shift manager trying to contact customer service for help with no success. More training is needed for handling these situations effectively. The shift manager was supportive, but we were unable to resolve the issue.

I ordered the rolled chicken combo, but unfortunately, I did not receive the cheese dipping sauce that was supposed to come with it. I only realized this after getting home. When I returned to the store to get the sauce, I was informed that they were out of nacho cheese and it would take 20 minutes to prepare. It was disappointing to drive back to the store, only to discover they were out of the cheese sauce without any prior notice. I would have appreciated it if they had been upfront about the situation, as I would have been willing to choose a different sauce. The lack of communication and sauce caused some dissatisfaction. On my second visit, there were no apologies, just indifferent customer service. I hope this issue is taken seriously. Thank you.

I have been living across from this Taco Bell for six years, working in the service industry myself. The staffing at this location has never been adequate, especially on busy nights. After leaving a 14-hour shift craving a warm meal, I waited for 45 minutes in the drive-thru with only four cars ahead. The quesadilla I received was the worst ever - completely burnt with no cheese, just two charred tortillas. This experience was beyond disappointing, especially considering how hungry and financially tight I am. Please, hire staff who care about their job and customers.

The Taco Bell in Oneonta urgently needs to make some changes. Working in Oneonta, it's common knowledge not to visit this location due to their poor hygiene practices, slow service, and frequent item shortages. Waiting 30 minutes for a simple order with only two customers ahead is unacceptable. It's evident that the staff lacks care and the management is ineffective. The store's reputation is being tarnished, and action is needed. Personally, I will never return and will spread the word about the unsanitary conditions. I'm contemplating contacting the health department for an inspection as consuming food from there poses a risk. My brother even found a maggot in his salad, which is utterly disgraceful. Rest assured, I am committed to ensuring this matter is addressed promptly.

I visited Taco Bell #[redacted] in Redding, California, located on Old Alturas Road on November 25, [redacted]. During my drive-thru experience, there were multiple issues with my order. Initially, an item was sold to me that was out of stock, and I appreciated the attempted substitution with cinnamon twists. However, the chicken quesadilla received was a "mini" version, leading me to go inside, order a replacement, and wait long for it. Furthermore, the cheesy Gordita Crunch I ordered without spicy ranch had extra spicy ranch inside, posing a potential risk for allergies. This disappointing experience has discouraged me from returning due to the multiple errors and inconsistencies encountered.

During a late-night stop at the drive-thru, I ordered two beefy 5-layer burritos, which should have cost around $5. The cashier informed me that their card machine wasn't working and took my card to process the payment manually. Unfortunately, when I got home, not only was my order incorrect, but I noticed I had been charged $10.77 instead of the expected amount. When I contacted the night manager about the overcharge and the wrong order, they requested I come back for a refund. Due to the distance and the late hour, I couldn't return immediately. When I followed up the next day, the manager seemed unhelpful and insisted I come in person for the refund, despite my transportation limitations. The manager's lack of assistance and rude behavior left me feeling frustrated about the situation, especially considering it was their mistake that resulted in the overcharge.

Your location in Boone, North Carolina has been consistently making errors. Every visit in the last three months has had issues. Twice I received incorrect change, once was over $10 off. Recently, I was offered free dessert for a survey if I rated it as "highly satisfied," which I am not. A woman received multiple free dessert items by doing this. This month, on November 26th, a drive-thru worker asked for payment for a second order I didn't place. After explaining, I received my food with no apology and drove off without my drink. This poor service is disappointing from one of the few fast food spots I go to. The actions of these employees reflect poorly on your brand reputation. Regards, P.

Today, on November 27, [redacted] at 11:51 am, my daughter and I went to store number [redacted] in Homosassa, Florida for lunch. We ordered two 4 packs of rolled chicken at $4.69 each, along with other items. However, we only received one 4 pack of rolled chicken due to equipment issues. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, we were informed that the equipment was still not functioning properly. After waiting until 12:21 pm, we were denied a refund for the missing item and were told we had to order something else instead. This led to a lengthy discussion and after 45 minutes, we were finally given the 4 pack of rolled chicken we initially ordered. This was an extremely disappointing experience at Taco Bell, and due to the treatment received and the refusal of a refund, I do not plan on returning.

I had a concerning experience at the Clarkston Washington Taco Bell on November 18th around 5:30 pm. Each time I visit, there's a gentleman taking orders who seems overly focused on rearranging furniture and staring at customers. My partner and I felt uncomfortable, and when we asked him not to move our food, he mentioned having OCD and made inappropriate comments. Even when we had his parents verify our discomfort, we were asked to leave because of it. Now, I don't feel safe eating there and worry about the integrity of our orders. The situation is unfair, and I wish it was handled better. It's a shame that I won't be returning, as every customer matters, and I hope this feedback improves the experience for others.

Last night, we placed an order at the Villa Park location through the drive-thru just before 9 p.m. We waited at the intercom for a few minutes, which was understandable due to the cars ahead of us. After moving forward, we waited for over 25 minutes without receiving the correct order. Two items were missing initially, but after requesting them, we were given the items. However, upon checking our food, we realized the order was completely wrong. It seemed like there were only two employees working, which was frustrating. This experience was disappointing, as we usually have great visits at Taco Bell, but this one fell short of our expectations.

The store on Sterling Avenue in Peoria, IL [redacted] was extremely rude regarding a change in the drive-thru pick-up system for online orders. They suddenly required a code, causing confusion and delaying the process. As I scrambled to find this new code, the employees were unhelpful and unapologetic, causing further frustration. They needlessly held my food, and it ended up cold and unappetizing. The transaction had already gone through my bank, so the added security seemed excessive. It's disappointing that a small policy change led to such poor customer service from the young managers and drive-thru staff. Next time, a simple warning about the updated procedure and proper training for employees would be much appreciated. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this store due to this experience.

I visited my local Taco Bell today and was disappointed in the service. I usually order separately for myself and my friends, but today they insisted on a single order. My food took 30 minutes, only to discover mistakes in the order - double chalupa boxes with tacos instead of cinnamon twists, missing peppers, and a mix-up with steak and chicken quesadillas. This experience was frustrating as I am a regular customer and expect better service and accurate orders from Taco Bell.

On November 29th, [redacted], I visited the drive-thru in Canal Winchester. Despite waiting nearly 3 minutes to be acknowledged at the speaker, the staff's behavior upon reaching the window was unprofessional. They were laughing, joking, and speaking rudely while taking my order. After a tiring 14-hour workday, I was hoping for a satisfying meal. However, upon reaching home, I discovered several issues with my order. The cheesy fiesta potatoes had only about 8 small cubes in the bowl, and the Doritos taco supreme was a mess with a broken shell and fillings scattered. Additionally, I realized I was missing one beefy frito burrito out of the 4 I had ordered. To make matters worse, I did not receive napkins, a fork for the potatoes, hot sauce I requested, or even a drink. Due to the poor service and the inconvenience of driving back to the store located 30 minutes away from my home, I have decided to avoid the Canal Winchester location in the future.

I visited the drive-thru, paid for my food, received my order and drove home. Unfortunately, both Grande sandwiches were missing the extra meat I specifically requested and paid for. When I called to address the issue, the person who answered informed me that I needed to return the sandwiches for a fix. I had to return both sandwiches as I couldn't finish my meal, only to be met with an employee suggesting I only wanted an extra scoop instead of an entire remake. I explained that I preferred a fresh sandwich to ensure it wasn't cold, prompting the employee to consult with the owner, Billy, who was heard using inappropriate language. Despite the staff urging them to lower their voice, the situation wasn't fully resolved as only one sandwich was remade. I'm disappointed that a paying customer would be treated like this, especially with the lack of professionalism displayed by the owner. I feel that this issue must be addressed to maintain the reputation of the franchise.

I made a purchase on the Taco Bell app and picked it up at the Drive-Thru. When I got home, I realized that two items were missing from my order and one item was prepared incorrectly. My usual order of black beans and rice had cheese on it, and I did not receive the cinnamon twists or chips and salsa that I ordered. Even the bean and rice burrito had only rice inside. I contacted the store, but the issue was not resolved. Due to a scheduling conflict, I won't be able to return the next day as suggested. I would appreciate a refund or a gift card to use on a future visit. This has happened to me before, with small items missing, but never to this extent with multiple missing items.

The Taco Bell located at [redacted] Springboro Pike is by far the worst Taco Bell in the USA. Typically, the wait time is 30 minutes or more, and their consistency in messing up orders is astonishing. Despite visiting for 4 years, our orders were wrong almost every time, or we endured lengthy waits of 30 to 45 minutes (undeniable facts). I estimate I've lost nearly $[redacted] due to their mistakes in recent years (undeniable facts). A frustrating 51-minute wait in the drive-thru was the last straw, prompting us to try the West Carrollton location where, unfortunately, our taco salad was missing. When I contacted a person claiming to be the manager, they rudely argued it was my fault. Subsequent calls revealed they weren't the manager as confirmed by the genuine manager. The uncommunicative staff member handed over the food silently and shut the window. It's regrettable that checking the order is necessary, as getting it right for them seems nearly impossible without divine intervention. Despite past experiences, this location's repeated failures have led me to swear off their services for good.
