Hi. I used drive through at ****** store with cashier Candice V. My order ******* today November **, ****. I ordered * *-layer nachos. I told her one is just regular and other one is only cheese on top. She charged me * additional beef $*.**. When I was the window made sure one is only cheese on top. She brought back my order bag to back after couple minutes gave to me my order bag again. She said “Thank you “ and shut the window. No refund $*.**. After I went to my house I saw both of nachos had only cheese. I am pretty curious what kind of employee Taco Bell is hiring. She gave to me attitude, took extra cash and gave to me wrong order. I don’t care $*.** I lost, I just want to let you know my experience. Thank you so much for reading my comment.
