The worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. Waited over * minutes before anyone even came to the counter. The girl took my order with her gloves on, then went back to food line. * other people came inside to order and left because again, no one came to the front. **I finally get my food and it was prepared incorrectly, which happens often because I get my burritos "fresco style". They had cheese on them. Not a huge deal for me. The guy seemed annoyed to have to remake it. I heard him ask someone what 'fresco' meant. No one has said thank you, sorry or has even smiled at this point. While I am waiting a guy and is daughter came in and waited...and waited... I noticed the bell on the counter and pointed it out to him, he rang it...and waited and waited. Finally this girl walked up totally dead pan fave, no smile, no hello, nothing. Gloves on she says "what do you want". He started to order and I imagine the frustration finally sank in and he stopped ordering, said nevermind and stormed out. The girl rolled he eyes at me and went back to the food line. ** minutes later, my food came out. I hurried out. Got home to eat and these are the most pinner burritos I've ever gotten. Pretty sure they scraped all the ingredients from old ones and divided them up into *. Also, the tomotos were rotten.*Holy **** does this place ****, not what it used to be. I live next door. Name on receipt says Chelsea C but who knows since * different people "helped" me. The most miserable customer service ever. Yuk.
