I am a senior in college and often work third shift, in other words I embody the a target customer of yours. While its true I dont eat taco bell on a regular basis, Ive loved it for a long and and now use it as a reward if I’ve had a particularly long day. Tonight I had one of those shifts and ordered a ** (* supreme tacos) and a side of nacho cheese. I waited at the window for ** minutes even though I was the only car in line when I arrived. When I drove home there was so little cheese that I could see the bottom the the container and the tacos were honestly pathetic. Ive had at least ** times when I order supreme tacos which are supposed to have sour cream and tomatoes rarely are they made right, and I get charged extra regardless. I was severely dissappointed and I think if you lose me as a customer, theres bound to be people that arent a poor college students seeking food at * am who will never go back. I would really appreciate if workers could know how to make things correctly, especially the ones that are up charged. I know that these things arent so hard from my * years in the restaurant businness as a hostess, food expositioner, and server, it just takes an ounze of care, almost no more time, and makes the difference between a reward and a complete disappointment. Also, thankyou for reading this (please ignore typos) and being the person that reads complaints all the time, keep up the good work:)
