My wife called sometime last year (before we renewed our plan*set up a new plan) and asked for the surge protect ultra to be taken off our account. She was told that it would be and never thought about it. When we changed plans, we didn't select that as an option and didn't think anything about it. Earlier on this year, before her surgery, she was looking at one of our bills before she paid it and noticed that it was on our bill again. She went back through our bills and noticed that it was never taken off. I would like it taken off of our account and I would also like a refund for a minimum of *-* months of this. Thank you.
