Hi, I want to know what TJMaxx’s policy about dog in the store. I just walked in a TJmaxx at Pinole, an employee told me my dog was pulling me in the store last time, so I can’t get into the store! This is really bad customer experience. I really like Tjmaxx. I’ve been have no problem when I went to other locations of TJmaxx store. All the customers and employees are really like him and love to pet him in other TJmaxx locations. My dog is a small husky so he do like pulling me a little bit. But he never run into people in the store and try to bark at anyone. If it is TJMaxx’s policy that husky that is pulling a little bit is not allowed in TJMaxx. I’m totally okay with that. But if not, it is really bad customer experience that one of your employee kick a specified customer out with this reason.
