I wanted to share my positive experience at your store in Arrowhead, Peoria, AZ. The staff members are efficient, friendly, and quick, even during busy holiday times. Despite long lines, the employees remain smiling and offer friendly words. I must mention Carol for providing excellent service. Your management team has set a high standard that other large stores could learn from. I appreciate the fast and efficient service, which makes waiting in line not a bother. Thank you for the great customer service. Sincerely, M. Duran

My name is Behiyye Muberra Gobuluk, and I recently got approved for a Tj Maxx credit card in Ashburn, VA. I split my time between Turkey and the USA. Unfortunately, the credit card statement didn't arrive before I left, so I asked my niece to check the mailbox and make the payment. However, she forgot. Even though I provided my email address on the application, I haven't received the statement online. My SSN is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Could you please send me my bank statement promptly so I can transfer the payment from my Bank of America account?

I visited the Pleasantburg store in Greenville, SC on Saturday with my Chihuahua, who is my service dog. I wanted to buy a small dog toy, but the long line led me to the jewelry counter. The salesperson there rudely mentioned it was inappropriate to expect service at the jewelry counter for a mere dog toy. The manager's response was disappointing. I went elsewhere and was advised to shop at Petco for pet items. My Chihuahua is a service dog and essential for my breathing issues, so I feel she deserves treats too. Unlike your staff, my dog has never made me feel inferior.

I have encountered issues trying to place an online order using my TJX credit card, which I have successfully used in stores since [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts and calls for assistance, I've faced repeated transfers and the problem persists after spending over an hour on it. The card number associated with the account is 6[redacted] 2[redacted]. My goal is to purchase a pair of tan leather Franco Sarto booties in size 6 for $39.00. The experience has been frustrating, contrasting sharply with the seamless process I enjoy on Amazon. If in TJX's shoes, I would suggest a more customer-oriented approach, utilizing the existing customer information to promptly resolve the issue, possibly even waiving the shipping fee for the inconvenience caused.

I've had four surgeries in the last 7 months. While paying bills, I accidentally canceled my daughter's recently obtained credit card with a $[redacted] limit. Despite speaking with the company, they are refusing to reinstate the card. My daughter, aged 21, is trying to build her credit, and I would appreciate resolving this matter without involving the Better Business Bureau.

Hello, on the 28th, I visited the TJ Maxx at Columbus Circle in New York. I made a purchase of items totaling around $63. After returning home, I realized that I was missing a pair of room slippers valued at $9.99 and two packs of Ashwagandha powder. I have the receipt, although I haven't received it yet. I was in the store during the nighttime, so you could review the security footage from that time. Please advise on how I can recover the missing items. Thank you.

I purchased 2 outdoor chairs in Pensacola, Florida, over the holidays for later pick-up. Today, when I went to collect them without the receipt, I was denied by the manager, despite providing my ID used during purchase, as it was recorded. The manager insisted on a bank statement, which seems unreasonable since I cannot locate the receipt. This lack of understanding from the manager is disappointing, especially since I should have been allowed to pick up my purchase with just my ID. This has never been an issue at other stores in Foley or Mobile, Alabama, where my family and friends shop. The rudeness and inflexibility experienced today on January 2, [redacted], at around 4:00 PM were unexpected.

Hello, on January 2, [redacted], I made a purchase at TJ Maxx on International Drive in Orlando, FL [redacted]. I went back on January 3 to return an item. When I approached the cashier to process the return, she refused to help me because I don't speak English. Luckily, a gentleman at another register noticed and intervened, instructing her to assist me. Despite this, the cashier appeared reluctant and provided poor service. The refund was supposed to be credited back to my card that day, but I have yet to receive it. I am disappointed with the service at TJ Maxx, especially since I am a frequent shopper at the Orlando location. I hope they can process the refund soon. Thank you.

I received a TJ Maxx gift card for Christmas and decided to purchase a matching sweats set. Unfortunately, my order for the sweatshirt was cancelled, leading to a week-long wait for a new gift card with my refund. Then, the sweatpants were delivered in the wrong size. Customer service was unhelpful, only offering a return for the incorrect item. As a loyal TJ Maxx customer, I'm unsure of how to proceed as all my gift card purchases have been problematic. I'm hesitant to order anything further and seek a resolution for the situation.

Yesterday, I went to Marshalls Costa Mesa and asked them to remove the lock from a blue Isaia jacket. A young man helped me, I tried on the jacket, and he confirmed it had TWO yellow tags, with the last one showing the price as $[redacted]. I even asked him if the price would go down further, and he said it was unlikely as they would review prices again at the end of February. Due to a long line at the checkout, as often happens there, I said I would come back today to purchase it as I needed to pick up my grandchildren from school. However, when I returned today, I was shocked to find that the yellow tags had been removed and the price was now $[redacted]. I asked to speak to the manager, who I later found out is named Liz. She was consistently unkind, refused to tell me who her superior was, or the name of the person who assisted me the day before and could confirm what I said. She also engaged in an inappropriate and hostile argument with me instead of kindly explaining the situation which, in any case, does not involve me, but suggests either the store does not honor its prices or there is such managerial disorganization that they incorrectly tag the items for the public. Nonetheless, you have caused me to lose trust in the store, where I have been a regular customer for many years, as you can see in my history. It would be worth your while to visit Saks, your neighbor, where I bought an Armani jacket and did not experience the mistreatment from your employees.

Hello, I received a fragrance as a gift from a friend who bought it at TJ Maxx in Lakewood, CA. The price sticker was removed, and the receipt was discarded. I didn't enjoy the scent and attempted to return it. Unfortunately, I was refused due to the torn sticker. The fragrance is unused, purchased around a week or two ago, and identical ones are still on the shelf where my friend bought it. Is there a possibility of receiving a store credit to buy a fragrance that I prefer? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I received a Calvin Klein fragrance as a gift from a friend who bought it at TJ Maxx in Lakewood, California. Unfortunately, she accidentally removed the price tag sticker and she can't locate the receipt. When I attempted to return it, they refused due to the missing sticker. The fragrance is unused and in its original packaging. The same product is visibly displayed on the shelf and was purchased from the same store. Is there a possible solution to receive store credit for this item so I can purchase a different fragrance? Thank you for your help.

I am reaching out from DuPont Middle School in Kanawha County, WV regarding the addition of TJ Maxx and Marshalls to our county's vendor list. This inclusion would benefit all schools in Kanawha County by providing cost-effective shopping options. Being on the vendor list enables us to support students in need by shopping at your stores. The process involves completing a proof of vendor license and company information, which can be easily done and faxed to our purchasing department within 10 minutes. We are not seeking donations but rather seeking to add these stores to our vendor list. I can forward the necessary forms if you provide an email address for sending them. Thank you.

Hello, I'm inquiring about the possibility of having my late fees waived. I made a payment some time ago, but it seems it didn't process while I was abroad without communication services. Due to the impact of the current situation with COVID-19, I am currently unemployed. I cannot manage to make the payment with the additional late fees. Since I was unaware of this issue and considering my job loss, I request the removal of these charges so I can settle my bill. It is quite a burden for me to bear the extra fees and interest at this time of financial strain. I can only afford to pay the original amount owed without the added charges. Given the circumstances and my lack of knowledge about the failed payment, I hope for understanding and consideration to resolve this matter. I am prepared to make the payment today if the late fees and interest are waived, as I was unable to keep track of the situation during my absence. Kindly advise on the possibility of resolving this, thank you.

In February [redacted], I made purchases totaling approximately $[redacted]. Upon opening a new charge account, I received a discount. Later, I returned a pricey suitcase I bought at TJ Maxx after finding a cheaper one at WalMart. Due to an error in my address on my driver's license, the charge card and bills were sent to a previous address. I now receive notices from a recovery agency. Since I never received the card or bills, I believe I only owe around $50. I wrote a letter to the recovery agency with this information, but they provided the incorrect address for correspondence, and the dispute department did not receive my letter.

Dear Sirs,
On May 20, [redacted], an unauthorized transaction of 54.00 euros appeared on my credit card statement under the description TJ-Braincases.com. I have not made any purchases from this company, and I have not received any products. My attempts to reach out via phone at [redacted] have been unsuccessful as it leads to a message service only.
I suspect there may be an error, fraud, or misunderstanding involved. I demand an immediate refund of the charged amount to my credit card. Failure to do so will result in me reporting this incident to the police in Barcelona for further investigation, possibly involving Interpol.
Please address this matter promptly to avoid any legal actions. I insist on a swift resolution for the return of my funds to prevent escalations.
Sincerely,
H. O.

During my recent visit to your store in Laredo, Texas, I encountered excellent assistance in the jewelry department when looking for sunglasses for my wife. The staff member was extremely helpful. However, at the cashier, the service took a turn for the worse. The cashier, Xcochitl, caused confusion regarding the sunglasses and their case. Despite being informed that they were sold together, she insisted on charging separately. This led to a frustrating and disrespectful interaction. When I requested to speak to a manager, I faced further challenges as there was no immediate assistance available. After waiting for a prolonged period, I decided to request the customer service number to address my concerns. Despite the inconvenience, I hope this feedback prompts better customer service practices at your store.

I've encountered situations where I've questioned my billing statement. I usually keep receipts, but I've misplaced some and acknowledge that it's mostly my fault. However, I'm concerned if my TJ Maxx credit card was used fraudulently as the bill only shows the total spent without itemized details. Despite reaching out to both the bank and TJ Maxx customer service, I couldn't get a clear explanation or verification of the charges. Unlike stores like Macy's, the lack of transparency in the billing is frustrating. I've received a form to report discrepancies, but the entire process is inconvenient. I've discussed this issue with friends who share the same frustration. It may seem like a small complaint, but it's impacting my trust in your business. I've decided to no longer use your credit card and reduce my shopping at your store. Kindly cancel my card. Thank you for your attention. Shirlaine M.
