Dear Maxx, Last fall I purchased a Runway item at the store at Perimeter Center in Atlanta. It cost $**.**. I have a TJ Maxx credit card, however, I cannot find the receipt. I tried to return the item with all original tags still on...never worn to the store near me, Cumberland Mall area in Smyrna, GA. I was told I needed the receipt and the store cannot even give me a credit. My reason to exchange it is that it does not fit as well as it did when I purchased it about * or * months ago. As advised, I called the manager of the Perimeter store and he told me that he could do nothing. I tried calling Commenity about finding the receipt, and the person was not really helpful at all. I am not sure she understood what my issues are, and what her role would be in resolving it. Two things I would like you to consider: *. I am a very enthusiastic customer, and buy many things at TJ Maxx, using my credit card. I play fair and go by the rules. *. I was not told when I bought this item about the restrictions on returning it. **I would simply like a store credit, since I doubt you will give me a refund. Again, this item was never worn, and my reason for returning it is legitimate and makes sense. Please help me to feel as good about your store as I always have.
