I ordered a Gucci women's wallet and I hadn't realized it was a women's wallet rather than a men's. I need to return it but I don't have the card I used as the card was compromised, but I have a new card that is from the same account. On a tag attached to the wallet, it states I can only return it online, but if I do this, it will be credited to my old card. As the wallet cost over *** dollars, I absolutely refuse to take a store credit for it, so it seems my only option would be to either keep it (which isn't really an option), mail it back and lose *** dollars, or return it in store and have the money refunded to my new card. Clearly, the third option is the only one that makes sense. Furthermore, why wasn't it explained that an item like this can't be returned in store? If I'm spending such a large sum of money on something, I expect to know all the details of returning it. I'm hoping I'll be able to return this in store, otherwise I'm going to need to report this incident to the corporate office because there is no way TJX, a multi million dollar company, will steal money from me.
