twice I have spoken with a person at TCF and had my phone number updated. I have lived in Minnesota for * years now and have a Minnesota phone number now. I cannot get into my account at all because they still have my old phone number (ending in ****) in their system. It keeps saying they are resending a code to that phone number and obviously, I don't get the code. it has been a week now because I don't get off work in time to physically go into a TCF. I spend most of my lunch hour at work (all week) on hold and never get to speak to anyone. This is ridiculous and scary that I can't even check to see what I have in my account. If this issue is not resolved today, I will be closing my account with you
