I've been a customer with you guys since August I am extremely unhappy. I was a member of iWireless for ** years. I never once had to worry about if my phone plan was going to cut people off or stop my business from running. You should have never bought out iWireless. I don't receive any messages anymore that my account will expire. I can't get on your mobile app or your website to refill my account, your customer service has jacked up my price a total of $** since I signed up, and all of your help staff at every location in Cedar Rapids is rude, inconsiderate, and just straight-up distasteful. I was guaranteed a plan when I signed up of $** a month with ** gigs a *G and unlimited talk and text. Every person I talk to you except for the very first person has been an Asian that has not been able to understand my Iowa hick accent. I've missed * business phone calls today alone and I know this because they emailed me that T-Mobile will not let them contact me. Within the last three months you have dropped ** total calls. If I decide I want to stay I want what I signed up for $** a month ** gigs of *G LTE data, unlimited talk and text and a text message * days before my prepay expires if that's going to be an issue you should tell me now so that I can stop everybody from switching to T-Mobile. Already have friends that switch to you did your *-month bonus and found out that they couldn't even receive half the phone calls they were getting. At the moment you're the cheapest and that means that you're the most unreliable and on satisfying company in the state and that's comparing to your commercials which state otherwise which I want taken down if you're going to false advertise you don't need to be a company. I'm tired of getting fucked over and jacked around. If you can't do what your customers need then just dissolve your assets and get the **** out of the state because you're ******* with single moms and small businesses
