I've been a T-Mobile customer for * years now I recommend T-Mobile to my family wish they all switched over several months ago I was looking to upgrade my phone have the Note * and I was looking at the Note * I had just missed a sale to get the note without a downpayment I was told the note * was coming maybe I would want to wait for that one contact T-Mobile customer service and I was told if I was to wait till December that I would be able to get a phone without a downpayment so I waited now here's December I go back to T-Mobile and I've Been Told because of the price of the phone I had to put a down payment and I was offered other phones without down payments but that's not what I want otherwise got it a long time ago I'm very disappointed and let down especially now I find out I can't even get the Note * the one I originally went to store for they got me all excited for this note * that I waited for I was told by several different customer service agents then I will be able to get this phone in December I'm very upset even more so the T-Mobile does not value their existing long term customers but they give new customers who change over from Metro better deals my brother and sister transfer to T-Mobile they haven't been with him not even a year yet and they're able to get trade ins with no down payments I find that very unfair I'm so disappointed in this company and I recommended I spoke very highly of not anymore
