I was told by a supervisor on **** that I would be able to schedule a payment arrangement. He specifically informed me that all I would need to do is let the current arrangement “fall off” then I would be able to schedule a new one. I am now being told that no I would have to pay the past due amount before I can schedule an arrangement. Well that does not help me because it is the past due amount I am attempting to make and arrangement for. My services have been interrupted due to the miscommunication and inaccurate information that I was given. Not only that the same supervisor told me that I would have to pay extra **.** restore fee, which I agreeded to. I need my phone services. I am able to completely pay the past due amount on *****.
