I am a teacher in Kansas City Missouri school district. I rely on my phone for updates in the morning on what school I will be teaching at.*I received a text that my bill was due. I thought my bill was due on the *th of January. I called customer service Sunday evening December *nd and the customer service rep told me my bill was not due until Saturday and I explain to her that I am a school teacher and each morning at * a.m. I receive a call informing me on what school to go to. I rely on my Google Maps to find school. Customer service lucky assured me that my phone will not be turned off I asked her several times. Just as we were saying goodbye T-Mobile representative Luckey assured that it would not be turned off.*This morning December *th I was waiting for my call but my boss could not get through to me because you shut my phone off.*I can't believe that you did that!! Customer service assured me that I was fine through Saturday.*Finally after half hour on the phone I was able to reach a customer rep and explained that I would come in and pay my bill.*They did not want to turn my phone on finally after requesting to talk to a supervisor they decided to put it on there and I said I also need my internet on so I can use my Google Maps to find the representative said yes that would be fine I put it on there I was driving down the highway I can't get a hold of my Google Maps.*To say the least I was very late to a school.The Faculty other teachers and students were all disappointed. How could you tell me over and over several times at my bill was not due till Saturday and then to shut my phone off shame on you you cause a lot of heartaches and confusion.*What kind of operation are you running?*I have four to five thousand people on my Facebook and I also work part-time for a marketing firm. I think it might be a good time to let everybody know how unprofessional you have been and that's not the only complaint. I'm hopefully this is going to corporate office so I make personally speak with a corporate representative
