On or about September **, ****, I purchased a buy one Galaxy* get one Galaxy* free. The sales rep informed me of an issue transferring my photos from my AT&T IPhone to the new Galaxy*. The T-Mobile sales rep advised that download my pictures then return to trade in the AT&T IPhone and obtain the *nd Galaxy* phone. He stated that I needed to sign up today in order to take advantage of the promotion, and I could take the *st Galaxy* (***-***-****) home immediately and give to my ** son for his birthday. When I returned to the store to turn in the IPhone and obtain the *nd phone, I was told the promotion was no longer valid. I asked to speak with a manager who informed me there was nothing he could do, I then said I didn't want the first Galaxy* and wanted the whole transaction cancelled, the manager stated they do not accept phones it would need to be mailed to T-Mobile directly and he could not assist any further. After contacting TMobile on numerous occassions, speaking with various reps and managers for hours, it was finally concluded that the contract would be cancelled, I will return the Galaxy* phone that was initially obtained, and I would only be responsible for data charges associated with the one Galaxy* phone. My issue is TMobile rep misleading and selling me a promotion which was discontinued in July ****, then proceeding to coerce me into signing a contract immediately which was not valid. I found the customer service surrounding this fraudulent act terrible, the issue was escalated * times without contacting me or resolution. I am also contacting the Arizona Attorney General with my concern associated with the sales reps*manager in Maricopa and strong arm tactics. Thank you.
