Get a prepaid plan including sim card. ... I used the online chat and was told I had ordered a month of prepaid service and a SIM kit. Never received sim kit yet my payment went through but I still don't have my account activated. I can't even log on and they quit the chat so fast I wasn't even able to save the apparent phone number I was given. I have no way of accessing the site and they had me give a friend's phone number since I didn't have a number yet (obviosuly trying to get one) and she has a Tmobile number but somehow that went through..*Pretty frustrated with this.*Got back on the chat. They have no record of my name or the email address I provided*So YALL scammed me out of $** bucks. Waiting on you to "resolve this issue".
They never sent it and are now claiming I don't even exist in the system.
