Hi,**I took prepaid T Mobile number (** **********) to use in Canada during July *th to July *th for $**. **I paid really huge amount for * days as I was travelling alone to new country and I supposed to work online on July *th & July *th. I was going to use my mobile for navigation and to be in touch with people in US and India (using internet).**But on July *th and July *th internet didn't work for my number. I called customer care couple of times. I tried to call the store in Pittsburgh from where I took the sim but I didn't get any help.**I had to depend on Starbucks wifi to start navigation in my mobile. I totally freaked out being in unknown country and couldn't contact anyone in US or India. I couldn't use it for navigation and couldn't do office work.**It was too much stress for me while I have paid huge amount so that I should not face any connectivity problem .**Otherwise I could have got Sim in Canada for lesser price if I would have been fine with no connectivity in between. **I am looking for refund of my money. I have tried contacting T mobile over phone and I have visited the Tmobile store from where I have purchased the Sim and plan.**Regards,*Nishtha
