Hello. I was a T-Mobile customer and was extremely happy with the great service. Then I moved to Salt Springs Florida, and there was no coverage from any company until Verizon put up a tower. So I had no choice. Verizon is the biggest ripoff I have ever experienced. With T-Mobile, I was on the over ** auto pay plan for $***month, and that is exactly what I was charged. With Verizon, I had to use my credit cart to sign up, then switch to a debit card for auto pay. My plan is $** * all their fees a month. Well they have been draining BOTH accounts ever since. For instance* July **th they took $*** from one account, then another $*** from another! Now it says on my online account that I owe $***!!! And that I'm past due for over $***!!! WHAT??? PLEASE CONSIDER PUTTING UP A TOWER NEAR ME!!! There are hundreds of people around here that would switch to T-mobile if you did. I will go door to door and convince them all to switch
