My ** concern is for couple weeks now text messages I send don't get delivered to contact and even worse is the ones that do go to contact they receive it like ** times in a row and people are getting very upset with this happening to where no one wants me texting them until fixed please tell me what to do. And the ** BIG CONCERN is this is the *rd ZTE phone that TMobile has sent me because of known issue s with the model and they have stopped selling it because of it and all I want is phone that works properly since I'm buying it from TMobile and in print about warranty s it says they should exchange or refund phone for the issues and especially if they take it off there own sell list, I've been long time customer and I just want a day to go by without having issue with simple task on my cell. They talked me into buying it ,please do right thing and allow me to switch models which I m going to pay for also I just don't have the upfront ***. $ tax*shipping*handling. And when the ** months rolls around they won't have to do anything about. I feel they are just replacing device over and over until then and it's not fair.
